May 17th 2011 10:06PM I have this keyboard, one of the first in Australia to get it.
Although I like it I have struggled from day with with finger slippage. What do I mean?
I seem to constantly accidentally shift my hands left or right a key. Find myself strafing rather than turning or hitting caps lock and finding nothings happening. It doesn't happen on any other keyboard, G15, Zboard or standard cheap as chips logitech.
I do use the bottom buttons but have found that only the top 3 left buttons are useful, otherwise you have to move the whole hand to use.
For my thoughts on a gaming keyboard but where u need to chat, remove the capslock button, move it somewhere else.
Apr 7th 2011 9:22PM Pick Up Action Key (ActionBars) ? Is this so we can bind loot to the keyboard rather than constantly having to reach for the mouse to loot?
Apr 4th 2011 11:53PM From 1 - 80 with a Lock I didn't use the Succy once...kind of succy really.
Feb 17th 2011 10:27PM Got mine a few weeks back and yes - learning is the hard part - but it is worth it!
I also got the Anansi - I am struggling a little with it although i do like the 5 buttons down the left side, bottom buttons not so much.
Problem I have with it is that I constantly seem to be hitting CapsLock rather than A Key....might be an adjustment but annoying.
Jan 27th 2011 7:25PM My wife just started playing again and I convinced her to be a healer (Im levelling tank so 3second wait for instances). There is no way she would learn to heal or to be honest I to tank (if I was new to this) from questing alone.
I have found that some of the 'elite' kill quests are far to easy to do now but then I was also someone who used to have to dump alot of group quests for lack of others - thinking Dragonblight where more often than not you drop the elite quests.
Could maybe do with more 'ok tank, you hold em in position and ill beat them down' quests that actually take some skill to hold them. But still can't beat the journey IMHO.
Jan 16th 2011 8:56PM My wife played a few years back but stopped after getting to 65 on her Priest. Wasn't that she didn't enjoy it but that she was embarassed how long she played for!
Well come the expansion she signed back up ON A NEW ACCOUNT.....that meant Triple XP all round.
She is playing a Druid Resto Worgen and I have a Warrior Worgen Tank. 3 Sec waits to get in instances. Also have 2 x warlocks for questing the new areas - only problem is that with XP boosts we level out of the area well before clearing it. But it's great to do it different.
Aug 7th 2009 8:56AM seems a bit like a rush to get peeps equipped well to me.
obviously the idea of equipment from raiding hasn't worked well enough or quick enough to prepare for Arthas.
as for jousting I know where I would like to put that lance.
May 4th 2009 11:58PM How hard is it to level through the old world? Not hard at all, stop whining.
Ive got chars between 10 and 77 and STILL haven't visited many lands in the old kingdoms.
Being able to fly in the Old Kingdoms would be better for getting around though.
And OUtland..loved it. I remember upgrading my Video card and going to high detail...the view from HH was the best ever.
Apr 14th 2009 7:46PM Cyanea - Thats Stranglethorn that is.
Played for 14 months and quit at STV a few years back because it got boring running up north and never finding that silly panther or raptor.
Been back since Christmas and using QH - loving it - and loving the game. Still read all the quest text, aim for achievements, explore.
