Dec 23rd 2010 5:05AM Dear DPS,
For the love of Og, please start bringing food to heroics. You know that time when the boss is dead, you're nearly dead, and the healer is OOM? How about you eat some food rather than waiting for the healer to regain their mana, heal you, and have to drink again.
Your leafy healer.
Sep 16th 2010 3:23AM Something I've always wondered - when is a mob's loot determined? Is it when the mob spawns? When they are killed? When you kneel down to loot them?
Sep 1st 2010 3:18AM You know what would be really awesome? If you put the UI user's role in the heading. That way, when you're searching through the 'Reader UI of the week' tag, it'd be a lot easier to identify the sort of UI you're looking for.
Feb 22nd 2010 6:38AM Please let the person kicked see the reason why.
And rather than asking the kicker to type in a reason, why not have a list of options, like:
- undergeared for instance
- underperforming for instance
- inappropriate behaviour
Feb 12th 2010 6:59AM Quick tip for the sampler quests - if you're online at a busy time, go into the houses/shops and use the NPCs in there. Most people do the guards outside, but don't actually go inside the houses.
Feb 8th 2010 5:50AM Yes you can. I made twelve bracelets yesterday and used some of them this morning to complete today's dailies.
Feb 8th 2010 5:37AM Except you can't as a healer, because you're not actually killing the mob. Dammit.
Jan 4th 2010 6:34AM I've experienced this as a healer too - tanks running out of range and engaging mobs/bosses. If this happens when I'm said I'm taking a mana break, I continue drinking until my mana bar is full and then I head to the tank. If he's still alive, I'll heal him. If he's not, then too bad, he gets to take a dirt nap.
Dec 17th 2009 7:59AM Let them know in advance. Presumably you have a forum, post to say you're going to be away. Any guild that would kick you for that is not worth being in, tbh.
Dec 17th 2009 7:52AM Now that we can ignore cross-realm players (if I read the patch notes right), I would like to know whether ignoring a player means you won't get put in a random PuG with them?
