Patch 4.2: Druid tier 12 revealed, new tier armor information and models {WoW}

May 10th 2011 6:35PM OMG! I can't wait to see it in game so I can LAUGH so hard because I LOL'd HARD when I saw that stupid looking helm. That is by far the dumbest looking thing I have ever seen! I didn't think Blizzard would be able to top anything as ridiculous as their 1st full body version of Ragnaros, but they've really outdone themselves here.

Cheers to Blizzard for making the ugliest looking Tier set in the game's history!

Patch 4.1: Rise of the Zandalari trailer now available {WoW}

Apr 25th 2011 6:26PM It's hard to take this seriously. Trolls really can't sound badass. In my opinion they're the worst race for the horde. They need redesigned, their looks, their voices, everything about them. I would have liked to see Blizzard do something a little different with them. Thats just my opinion.

Feb 25th 2011 8:00PM Seasoned/dedicated players want more of a challenge. The average video game player wants to have fun, and be challenged slightly, but not to the extend that the dedicated players want.

Seasoned/dedicated players will play/purchase WoW no matter what. By making it simpler to the average joe, they are increasing their sales.

No matter which side they take, someone will be upset. There's really no perfect median.

Feb 25th 2011 7:57PM I agree Mel, make them stand up a little more straight, fix their ugly run, and their feet. I hate seeing their 2 toes. They look so clunky.

The Daily Quest: First impressions of 4.1 {WoW}

Feb 25th 2011 7:22PM How about in 4.1 they make the playable race Trolls much better looking. Maybe something like the Troll in the picture they provide.

I would love to see (on the Horde side) Trolls and Orcs redesigned to be a little more up to date. I know i've heard talks of this, but I wish this would happen already.

A few races on the Alliance side could use redesigned as well.

Raid Rx: The evolving healing UI {WoW}

Oct 1st 2010 1:19PM I was a healer on my shaman and priest for a long time. After rolling a tank and a rogue I realized healers rely fully on addons for healing frames. I did not like this idea. I could tank and dps very well without addons that would do it for me, but when I healed I had to use Healbot or Grid to actually do it. I will not heal again until Blizzard makes a unit frame similar to healbot or grid, but is built into game.

Is faction antagonism story-driven or player-driven? {WoW}

Sep 18th 2010 2:02PM One of my mains is a DK Tank on Horde. I am ~5.8k GS with about 47k HP. I hoped on my Alliance Rogue yesterday just to have some fun. I got in a dungeon with a DK tank with 22k hp buffed. He barely had any defense gear and his defense rating was 427. I asked him why he doesn't gear for defense and he said he likes gearing for 'Stam' which i found weird. I told him 540 defense rating was the minimum for dungeons and he didn't believe me. He said defense rating doesn't make him a stronger tank. A defense ring dropped off the first boss that he needed badly and he didn't take it.

His weapon rune he was using was Rune of Lichbane. When i asked him why he was using that Rune he said that he likes 'critting'. He pulled a mob and would only Death and Decay. I told him to use Pestilence because he was losing aggro to us DPS through many mobs (and he wasn't using it at all). He responded by saying he only uses Pestilence on a single boss because he does more damage, and he doesn't use any plagues. So I told him that Icy Touch places a plague, and Pestilence would spread it. He again refused to believe me.

Throughout I tried on 2 occasions to give him hints and try to help him be a better DK tank but he go so defensive he just kept telling me "Do you want to keep telling me how to play MY class?" And yes, I did, because I myself have tanked LK many many times in ICC and its obvious he was a DK tank that was giving all of us good DK tanks a bad name. I myself kept my patience the entire time, was as kind as I could be and was truly wanting to help him be a better player. The worst part about this dungeon was 1 or 2 other people in the party didn't believe me either.

I faction changed that Rogue this morning and deleted all my Alliance characters.
