Dec 15th 2011 12:09PM YAY!
Dec 2nd 2011 4:11PM I'm notably in the minority here but I really don't think the voiceovers brought anything that the original didn't already have and in some ways ruined the epicness of the video.
What I was hoping for was more of an extended version of the original with additional video that some crafty machinimator had put together.
Nov 29th 2011 4:11PM Not in the face! I mean... For the Alliance!
Oct 25th 2011 11:07AM My guess is that they haven't revealed any of the new models yet because they didn't want to "blow the whole load" all at once during Blizzcon. You gotta hold some stuff back to release later to keep the buzz alive.
Oct 24th 2011 2:17PM This little insight from the article has me very excited.
...Every race can be a monk, except for Goblins and Worgen -- the two newest, freshest, most detailed character models and skeletons that have come out. What do you think is going to have to happen in order for your Gnome, Dwarf, Human, Night Elf, Draenei, Troll, Orc, Tauren, Forsaken, or Blood Elf to be able to perform those kinds of acrobatics?
Oct 18th 2011 3:05PM That has to be one of the better machinimas I've seen in a long time. The author really used the limitation of the medium to his advantage. I have to say, I laughed out loud (for realz) at the end.
Jun 24th 2011 2:54PM Great article, I always love these. I was wondering though, if it would be too much trouble to update some the slots where you only listed Firelands raid gear (drops or tokens) with options we can get outside of raiding?
Jan 12th 2011 4:22PM Its my understanding that nothing in GB can be MCd. Otherwise we could just walk the MCd mobs into the pit. Is this true?
Jan 6th 2011 11:25AM On the raising of Cairn:
There are some things that only exist in game due to necessary game mechanics. Resurrection isn't something that happens often if at all in the lore universe. It's merely a convenient game mechanic.
I just finished reading Stormrage and The Shattering. In both of these a hearthstone is used but, as it turns out, hearthstones are rare and precious objects whereas in game they're one of the most common items.
So just because it's common in game doesn't mean that's how the lore world really works.
