Apr 3rd 2012 9:24AM I used to enjoy PvP alot more in WotLK because of world PvP opportunities and I really liked Wintergrasp.
Cata just destroyed world PvP. BGs are fun and all but it is just not the same. Maybe MoP will bring back some world PvP, I hope.

Given that the Beta just started, what do you think the timelime will be for the actual release? August maybe?

Ever hear of the Cuban Missile Crisis during the Cold War? We (the U.S.) were extremely close to launching a first strike against the Soviet Union. Close as in getting some SPF 10 Million to put on.
Not something I'd refer to as 'safe'....

You wouldn't need to have a bunch of NPC's for it. You just need a portal by each bank that goes directly to your Guild House (or Hall). Or even simpler, just add an option in the Dungeon Finder to "Go to your Guild House" and "boom" you're there.
Exactly like theRaptor said, it's a place where the Guild can hang their trophy's, gather to hang out, party, meetings, just a place to call your own. A place the Guild can customize to build their identity. Yes, you can have meetings anywhere, but this would be the Guild's private space.
WoW *is* social...guilds, raids, crafting, even trade chat...all social. Granted it's not Second Life, and I would never suggest it should be, I don't think it would simply be a matter of interior decorating (see above).
Jun 28th 2010 1:53PM I really, really want to see Guild housing/quarters.
Guild members could buy items for the Guild House, either with honor points or gold.
The Guild could upgrade the House from a one room shack to something more elaborate (just like bank tabs).
You would just need to have a "Guild Portal" in strategic locations - each guild would have their own seperate "instance".
Jun 25th 2010 3:20PM Agree with all your points.
Peer-pressure can be an invaluable tool to keep a raid cohesive. It doesn't have to be thought of as negative. And it's your choice to be part of the raid.

Ok, I got a question...
When will gnome-punting become a recognized sport? Any gnomes in the Park should automatically be allowed to be kicked and/or carried under your arm for a period of time. Major fun!
