May 28th 2009 9:10PM Orc Warrior because masculinity could never be defined any better than a man with brutish weapons and grunting rather than groaning when hit. The way they move is even appealing, like they stomp the ground even when they walk. Carrying their feet as if they were bricks and their arms limp and loose ready for any course of action. Although savage in battle and in terms of their outlook appearance, their philosophies and way of life is very spiritual and of course they highly value honor which is something that appeals to anyone that can keep those virtues true. In terms of playing a warrior it just appealed to me after watching movies like 300 and some other little things like that. These were people who didn't draw on magic from some mystical fountain of arcane or holy light. Neither do they rely on cheap tricks to save the day. When a warrior is in a trouble all they can do is make a Last Stand and put more strength in their arm carrying their shield. The way the Orc Warrior holds his shield appealed to me as well, their form and their stance with their axe ready in front of the shield and both so close to their body. These people don't fight for a sense of military tradition or even for honor, they fight because its in their blood.
