The Queue: No time for games {WoW}

I opted into the Cata Beta when i had an active wow account. However, now that i'm on Holiday, i've let my account run out of Game time, and become "Frozen".
I want to know if i would still be in the "pot" for when they pick Beta testers, or will i need to have an account with gametime to be considered. Note that im asking about being picked, not actually playing.
I hope you do answer this, the future of Everyone's Moose could be at risk here!
