Sep 21st 2011 9:35PM Ooh, poor Dad indeed. I sense heartbreak ahead.
Great comic, Kelly!
Aug 30th 2011 8:37PM Spell check is your friend. Seriously, there's no excuse for spelling/grammatical errors and misuse of punctuation in a finished piece of work like this. It gives a very bad impression, similar to typos in resumes.
I know that visual artists often like to discount the importance of written language, but people really do notice if you don't use it correctly. It's like hearing an off-pitch note in a song. It puts the teeth on edge, and detracts from the power and effectiveness of the work. If you are incapable of mastering the rudiments of English, I would strongly advise you to find someone to proofread your stuff.
Aug 23rd 2011 10:54PM Woot!! I'm so excited that I'll still have a new comic to look forward to every Tuesday! Looking forward to seeing this story unfold.
Aug 9th 2011 9:30PM Ooh! The plot thickens!! I can't wait to find out more about Ash's sis and whatever family history/dynamics are going on there. It's not like warlocks occupy an esteemed place in orc society...
This is wonderful. I'm pleased to see that the story is going on, and in a very interesting direction!
Jul 26th 2011 10:25AM Oooh! "Much more in store for this little slice of Azeroth?" I am psyched!
Jul 19th 2011 8:39PM Awesome artwork! I love the Orc Face of Outrage, and Mig's expression is priceless as well.
Somehow, Enarrai's explanation seems so very...Night Elvish. Bravo for a very fun installment this week!
Jul 12th 2011 10:09PM Okay, this article is all kinds of awesome. I laughed, I cried, I even learned a little something by clicking on the "ubi sunt" link. 5 stars, would read again. Good stuff, Allison!
Jul 12th 2011 12:09PM Yes, I mean, surely the hippogryph could have carried Ennarai and the girls. Then Mig and Ash would have been spared all that they went through. They could have returned to the Crossroads instead.
I dunno, I mean, yeah, the hippogryph is cool and all, but I hope we get an explanation for why the heck Enarrai didn't just use it in the first place and save everybody all that grief. Otherwise, and I mean no offense by this, it just seems kinda nonsensical. I hate big, illogical plot holes. And I know that Kelly and the fella who writes the strip are far better storytellers than that, so I sure hope there will be a good reason forthcoming.
Jul 12th 2011 9:57AM So....couldn't they have just used the hippogryph to fly over to Fort Triumph in the first place, then, instead of trekking by foot? I don't get it.
