Jul 16th 2010 1:49PM A time this would've been useful would have been when my guild at the time of Ulduar had a warlock tank hard mode Council with his voidwalker.
I forgot the name but it was the big one that occasionally hit real hard, and it was a pain for him to have the void move out of the blue rune on the floor.
Apr 27th 2010 5:49PM I remember that paladin quest around level 20 or 30 where it's a chain to get the first blue weapon you can outside an instance. It was epic for me.
Verigan's Fist, yea!
Apr 16th 2010 9:41PM All I'm saying is people are willing to spend hundreds for a Spectral Tiger mounts that is nowhere as useful as the Steed...
Yes, it's more rare; but my point is:
1 - $25 for an USEFUL mount that works on every zone in the game for EVERY toon and just HAPPENS to be pretty - smart;
2 - Hundreds of dollars for a transparent night elf mount that's ground only for ONE toon just because it's rare - stupid.
That's the difference.
Apr 16th 2010 6:30PM "It's absolutely obscene to spend that kind of money on something so absolutely 100% meangingless. Anyone who spends this kind of money on something so meaningless should literally be ashamed of themselves."
Says the person who believes a monthly subscription of WoW can cure cancer. Oh, I am sorry; WoW is not meaningless, but if you donated your subscription to a cancer research charity...
Apr 15th 2010 5:36PM i wanna get the pony for my wife's birthday...
4.20 like a bunch of famous people.
Jan 4th 2010 3:39PM Another addendum should be for healers: the same way there's DPS pulling like they are in a hurry to go to the bathroom (if you need, just say so geez), there are TANKS that cannot WAIT for healers to DRINK UP.
Shaman healers, specifically, for the most part burn their mana when the tank cannot HOLD aggro and they burn on the DPS, so then, when the fight is over, the tank checks his rage/mana/runic and moves on like nothing happened; he doesn't check if everyone isn't at full health or the healer's mana, and keeps pulling.
Then after a wipe, he asks what the hell are you doing all the way back there. That happened to me, with a "guildie" (I am a social member in a raiding guild, and it seriously makes me consider not being there, because that is far from social - I am there because my IRL friend's there, but I thought WoW is a GAME and supposed to be fun, but not when things like that happen.)
Dec 8th 2009 3:52PM And by the way, for those who wonder: since the continent servers are separate, I tried logging at first with my 80 shaman in Icecrown to no avail. Then I am now trying my 20 warlock, who's in Stormwind; and nope, doesn't seem to be a particular continent realm problem.
Dec 8th 2009 3:50PM My server (Exodar) seems to have a problem where it seems to be up, but after choosing my character, and loading the UI etc..., it stays stuck on the loading screen with the bar full. It's a big tease.
Oct 29th 2009 4:21PM Also, Gregg is forgetting one thing being a paladin specialist...
Ardent Defender, duh! (For tanks only though, but still...)
I'm not even gonna explain what it does, simply the most OP talent in the game IMO.
Oct 17th 2009 6:43AM I like all the ideas being thrown behind but maybe he's reaching for the helm because that helm had 200 stamina, and there was a DoT on him when he had 500 health left and could've survived if he had the helm on.
