Nov 18th 2010 3:13PM It's been around on beta for a while, but I think they've tweaked the achievements for it a few times:
Nov 9th 2010 11:34PM That's also a blue post from 2006, well before Xarantaur existed in the game. Which makes life more complicated, considering how much lore has been retconned since then. That would be back around when it was the Eredar corrupting Sargeras, rather than the other way around.
Jun 7th 2010 2:36PM There's actually more unique models that fall from LK25 than the writer gave credit to. He neglected the fact that the model for Heaven's Fall is only used by the normal and heroic versions.
Jun 7th 2010 2:33PM The one they linked was the caster dagger. The melee dagger with the same model drops off of both hard mode Iron Council and Algalon in Ulduar 25: http://www.wowhead.com/item=45607
May 24th 2010 2:57PM The channel they're talking about isn't a room in a Vent server. They're talking about private chat channels created within the WoW client.
May 19th 2010 7:11PM It actually works fine for most weapons, with the exception of ones like Heartpierce and Black Bruise with a proc. Some trinkets as well, for example Mirror of Truth, can be added if you know the ICD, or at least a decent approximation (the AP from Mirror of Truth as an average, rather than actually factoring in the procs).
May 19th 2010 2:03PM Tier refers to what raid tier it drops from, though the term more specifically applies to the tier set. For example, Conqueror's Terrorblade Breastplate is T8.5 (or T8.25, depending on your favored nomenclature), while Shadowblade Helmet is T10 (T10.10).
May 19th 2010 1:57PM So I'm replacing my ICC gear on my rogue with blues from the first dungeon. Good to know.
May 15th 2010 10:12PM They changed the nomenclature in mid expansion. For Naxx and Uld, 25 man was called heroic. Uld10 and Uld25 also had hard modes, such as Firefighter. Then, ToC came out, and they changed the terms. So now you had 10, 10 heroic, 25, and 25 heroic, which is the same strategy that ICC is using.
Apr 7th 2010 6:49PM Considering the fact that enhancement won't have intellect on their gear anymore, Mental Dexterity would be completely useless in its current form. You'll get something like the retribution talent Sheath of Light to cover your spellpower needs.
