Breakfast Topic: What's your favorite raid boss? {WoW}

Jun 12th 2009 12:44PM I "This is why we call you lesser beings"....I thought Loken said that in HoL. I don't remember Sartharion saying that. Anyway i agree with you Cyanea. Sartharion is my favorite because he talks alot of sh*t during the fight. "Run away little girl run away" and your "Burned bones will litter the floor".

Breakfast Topic: Inexplicable dislikes {WoW}

Jun 5th 2009 11:51AM 1. I don't like blind invites to groups

2. I don't care to much for people with bad attitudes and those that think they know every damn thing.

3. I don't like when people rag on those that play DK's thinking they know the skills of everyone that plays a DK sucks. If you know a person that plays a DK and they suck at playing the class talk about them. But if you don't know me and how I play my DK keep you mouth shut until you see my skills.

4. I don't like when a person chooses not to learn how to play their class.

5. I don't like when Raid Leaders ninja Loot for themselves when another person won the roll for the Loot.

6. Low Level players 1-15 asking me for 5or more gold when I am busy in the AH or Bank.

7. PuG groups that break down into in fighting after wiping in a Raid. Sometimes it can be funny watching people argue back and forth. But I find it annoying.

Over all I enjoy the game and the friends I have met over the years playing the game. Some players can be very rude and nasty but hey that's life.

Have a safe and fun Memorial Day from {WoW}

May 25th 2009 10:33AM Towel day. Much more important. Don't celebrate war, celebrate peace!

Lios you sound like either a young kid or maybe some college kid that is to damn smart for his own good. Or maybe you don't live here in the United States. I am a US Army Soldier and Veteran of the Iraqi War. I have done two tours of Duty over in that country. Even though I may not have agreed with my Former Commander in Chief going to Iraq I still performed my duty as a Soldier with Honor.

Memorial Day is a day to remember fallen Service Members that have fought in Every war throughout the History of the United States. To honor them for their ultimate sacrifice in giving their lives so people here can live in peace and freedom. War is a ugly affair and shouldn't be but this is a imperfect world and wars have been fought for hundreds of years. Every US citizen can either give their respect or not to those who have died in honor and service to the United States.

The rise and fall of class popularity {WoW}

May 13th 2009 12:06PM I am with you Mike. I enjoy playing a DK to as well. I have played a priest, rogue, and warrior. I got my Rogue to 70 and my Priest to 80. I switched over to a DK and leveled that up to 80 and enjoy playing that more often than my other two. I find it depressing how i see people down DK's because of this or that. I hear because DK's are overpowered. In what way do I ask. The way i see it in PvP Paladins or Mages make the better class in PvP. I get my tail handed to me often by those two classes. Even hunters have tricks that are hard to get pass in a PvP setting. Sometimes I get turned down going on a raid just because I play a DK. Even though I am geared with T7 and T7.5 gear and have a Defense Cap of 547 I get turned away because I am a DK. Even though I know how to play the class and have tanked successful Heroic and 10 man raid content I still get the "we are not looking for any DK's". It makes me wonder how the players would feel when a new Hero Class pops up on scene. Would they treat that Hero Class like a step child for a while too. To me it's how you play the class that makes one successful in doing Raids and Heroics. Learning how to play your class so as not to make mistakes is key. I enjoy playing a DK because I like the style and what it reminds me of, a minor magic using Warrior that kicks ass and takes names. DK's are like one piece of a large puzzle, they have their place in the World of Warcraft just like any other class. A tank can't go it alone without a Healer and DPS to back him/her up just like DPS can't go it alone without a Tank. I tank good with my DK because I took the time to learn the class. Just like any other class took time to learn their own. The DK population looks like it is going down which is good in a sense. But I will continue to play mine until I find another class I would enjoy better. Maybe a Druid tank someday.
