Dec 29th 2009 11:20AM Yeah I guess if nothing else, he seems like an honest guy. At least he isn't incrementally adding more euros/mo to pay for other miscellaneous expenses. It will be interesting to see how this pans out. The development of the game may end up being a lot more interesting than the game itself -- and the game does look interesting, albeit a little dizzying.
Dec 29th 2009 12:51AM Eskil "doesn't feel right charging for the game while he's working on the beta update"?
Um... didn't he charge people to alpha the game for him?
Dec 27th 2009 5:40PM Wow... for a second there I thought that was Jabba and Lucas was announcing ANOTHER Star Wars MMO. That probably won't happen for another year or so.
Dec 23rd 2009 11:41AM Merry Christmas, Turbine and Massively!
Dec 22nd 2009 9:42PM Hm... enough Vulcans already! Give us a REAL faction to oppose the Federation and bring back the SHAT!
Dec 21st 2009 2:03PM C'mon Cryptic... make Klingons their own full-fledged faction. I still really like LotRO; but I miss having an opposing faction running around the world like on WoW's PvP servers (man I hate using WoW as an example). I know it's not for everyone though.
Dec 16th 2009 5:54PM Bah! I can see it now... Jupiter's going to be a 25-man raid. Another shaft to us casuals... no thanks!
Dec 15th 2009 7:30PM *raises mug*
Here's to hoping the publisher doesn't eff-up GW2.
Dec 15th 2009 5:31PM Too bad they can't just make the lower levels more fun.
Dec 14th 2009 6:56PM I've been playing the intro month to Eve after picking the game up for $5 off Steam. The graphics are awesome but the thing is you can play the game without ever looking at them. You warp through suns and planets without any repercussions and can play just using all the spreadsheet windows. It was worth the $5 for 30 days but it's just not something I (IMO) want to pay $15/month to subscribe to.
