Know Your Lore: Theradras, Zaetar and the centaur {WoW}

Dec 1st 2010 7:18PM The reason Zaetar is still in the emerald dream is twofold.

1) He's still sleeping off the hang over. I mean seriously, how much would you have to drink to hit that with anything other than a pickaxe.

2) She's spawn camping his body. She all "Hey bitch, I'm ready for round two, get your scrawny scrumpious little ass back to momma! Hubba Hubba".
And Zaetar's all "Nuh uh... stuck in the emerald dream, dead fo' real y'know."

Meanwhile the other sons of Cenarius are still laughing themselves sick over it.

Breakfast Topic: Varian Wrynn doesn't care about Menethil people {WoW}

Nov 24th 2010 4:05PM Darkshore is still full of sea monsters!!!

So exciting.

I flew past the monsters and it brought back all the joy I remembered from when I was a lowly little rogue doing the sea monster quests for the first time.

Spiritual Guidance: Shadow priest addons for a post-Cataclysm world {WoW}

Nov 24th 2010 3:52PM The article image reminds me of the second Legacy of Kain game where Raziel gets thrown into the abyss.

Blizzard announces official Cataclysm launch events {WoW}

Nov 22nd 2010 6:42PM If you live in Australia and Blizzard lives up to their promise of the same server start time across the world there's not even a point to going to a midnight launch as you won't be able to play it for another 19 hrs.

Which is a bit retarded, but I understand why since we don't have actually have servers over here.

On the plus side it means I don't have to stay up late on monday night.

On the bad side I'm going to be well drunk by 7pm - home made baileys milkshakes all day long.

Know Your Lore: Jaina Proudmoore, page 2 {WoW}

Nov 21st 2010 11:23PM Jaina & Tyrande would make me happy in my pants.

That would be an awesome match up and I'd love to see some night elves actually be a part of the alliance instead of it being a one trick Varian pony.

Cataclysm's best leveling improvement: no more clown suits {WoW}

Nov 11th 2010 4:16PM Yeah the one thing I didn't like about wrath was all the gear looking the same. I loved the variety we used to have bought they started making offset gear look exactly the same as tier.

I remember we used to have one dps warrior in Vanilla who was dressed half in pink because that was the best gear available for BWL and everywhere. It was great as it added flavour. He didn't look like everyone else. I really miss the individuality.

Scattered Shots: Signature hunter shots {WoW}

Oct 28th 2010 7:43PM It wasn't the watching firefly reruns that made us long for the one button macro. Who can honestly say they don't know it all off by heart now? It was coming up with new episodes in our heads while watching reruns and killing bosses that was distracting.

Not to mention the misty eyes full of tears every time you hit the last episode and realise there's no more thanks to the douchebag tv people. :(

The Lawbringer: Buying precedent {WoW}

Oct 25th 2010 4:43AM wtb edit button:

Am I also allowed to request a full refund if they release an update and I then choose not to accept the EULA at that point? If not, then how is it legal for them to force a contract upon me once I've already paid?

The Lawbringer: Buying precedent {WoW}

Oct 25th 2010 4:40AM I found this article a bit confusing - I know it's a wow website, but you spent the first line talking about starcraft and then seemed to go off on a complete tangent without explaining anything.

As far as I had read Blizzard was suing people for offline hacks. I had to read the comments to find out they were going after people using them online.

As far as my opinion on Eula's (the spawns of satan) they're illegible unconscionable pieces of pure ass for two main reasons:

1) I don't understand 90% of it. How is it legal when they aren't explaining it to me?

2) If I buy a game and take it home, take it out of the package and install it, using the activation key before I can even read the EULA. Am I legally allowed to take it back to the store I bought it from for a full refund should I click cancel, rather than accept? I don't know of any game stores in Australia that will accept PC games returned once you've opened the packaging. Most of them have signs up saying 'if you've opened it we don't refund'. So how is it legal for the EULA to be signed and agreed upon once I can no longer return the product?
