Scattered Shots: So you want to be a hunter - Levels 71-80 {WoW}

Nov 12th 2009 5:38PM It IS a big deal. I know your apparently some kind of fanboy, but please settle down long enough to read this. And take off that hat, it's ridiculous.

EC, or Brig as you call him, was brought on to write articles for Hunters, and so far the information from just about every article I've seen from him has been called into questions based on all the incorrect info he's prone to give. That alone should say there's something wrong with his information. Given this is a guide aimed mostly at new hunters, it will only make those new players look bad.

Telling people to take his advice regardless is not going to help Hunters overcome the name 'Huntard'. More often than not, people can get better info about their class by reading the comments that correct all his errors.

There's nothing wrong with people wanting information from someone who knows what they're talking about.

Two Bosses Enter: Keristrasza vs. Ley-Guardian Eregos {WoW}

Nov 6th 2009 2:39AM I'm going with Keri. Like most have said, she's psychotic, desperate and you can't really underestimate the fighting ability of someone with nothing to lose. Cornered fox more dangerous than a jackal and all that.

Also, Archmage Lan'dalock seems to consider her more of a threat than Eregos.

He wants Keri dead specifically because of the threat she poses in her current mental state, while Eregos is only killed because he's standing in the way of something else, so to speak.

Icecrown Gunship testing cancelled (Update: for the EU) {WoW}

Oct 23rd 2009 3:16AM Arthas must be laughing his helm off when he sees the Ally and Horde going at each other like this during the assault on his citadel.

I know the game is spawned from Alliance vs Horde RTS, but you'd think they could keep cool heads long enough to deal with the real threat.

Patch 3.3 PTR: Arctic Fur is less annoying, vendor purchased {WoW}

Oct 18th 2009 11:01PM Your exactly right. I farmed WG for a couple hours early in the morning the other day, and by the time I finished I had two full stacks of Titanium Ore, plus another 10. With Arctic Fur, I've skinned maybe 20 since WoTLK launched. Call it bad luck, but in Gchat if I even so much as mention Arctic Fur, people groan and start on about how sucky it is to farm and then go into how much we need of it.

I welcome this change with open arms.

...And bags of leather. Lots and lots of Leather.

Cataclysm: For Gnomeregan! {WoW}

Oct 8th 2009 4:54PM If they somehow create a heroic mode Gnomer, I think I'll just curl up into a dark corner somewhere and cry for a year.

The Daily Quest: Squash {WoW}

Oct 7th 2009 9:31PM Great, now if only people will learn how to, y'know, actually defend the towers in WoW we're golden.

Patch 3.3 PTR updated patch notes {WoW}

Oct 7th 2009 9:27PM Well DG works for party and raid, and it's now gone from being a situational talent to something people will want, especially for off-tanks.

Now, I wonder if it stacks with multiple Paladins? ..Of course not, that would be retarded.

WoW Moviewatch: I'm on a Mount (NSFW) {WoW}

Oct 6th 2009 1:23PM Actually I disagree with your lack of a spacebar and fail grammar.

The singing was done pretty much in the same tone as it was in the original video.

Lack of wow factor? It's a WoW video, how much more wow are you expecting from a WoW video? It's called WoW for crying out loud.

Also, the video was good. First time that song has been stuck in my head.

Warcraft movie subtitled on IMDb, likely fake {WoW}

Oct 2nd 2009 7:24PM Right, Kael'thas would totally do something like that.

World of Warcraft was merely a setback for him.

World of Warcraft Patch 3.3 PTR Patch Notes {WoW}

Oct 1st 2009 4:46PM "Vanish: For the first second after this ability is used, neither Vanish nor Stealth can be broken by taking damage or being the victim of a hostile spell or ability."

Interesting. Hopefully they don't consider it too overpowered later on and nerf it.

As for Misdirection, isn't that how Tricks of the Trade currently works? I honestly though MD had always worked that way.
