Apr 27th 2010 11:22AM We found a lot of folk getting toasted over playing too much, even with our casual 3-nights a week schedule, so with our 25-man group, we have designated one of the three nights to be a "Fun night" where we either run old content for achievements/mounts (all of the Vanilla or BC stuff) or so some kind of group PvP (we took over the Orgrimar AH for a few glorious minutes!) or the officers make up a game that all of the guild can play (lvl1 gnome death runs to BB) or we just do something random together as a guild.
This way the folks who are toasty from playing alot get a good fun break (but are still with the guild) and the folks who are dying to push content still get thier crack at their goals too.

Oct 20th 2009 8:59PM I personally keep up Mend Pet everytime I can on my Pet, but I also treasure my healers who heal my pet, because Mend Pet can't always keep up with the damage.
I understand and agree with pets being bottom on the priority list but the person who said, to papaphrase "screw pets let the hunters pull them back" is ignorant. I am routinely cresting 6k DPS on my hunter, my pet can be 5-10% of that, every second that I am using my mana and global CD's to DPS (instead of heal my pet) is a shorter time that the boss lives and less time for the healers to heal, even though pets should be on the bottom of the list, they still need to be on it!
I am lucky, my healers are smart enough to take care of me and my pet, and they also know that me and my pet will be the first persons there with a Roar or Distracting Shot, to peel mobs off of them when they take aggro.
