May 14th 2010 4:10PM imo mastery is just going to be a nob blizzard is going to use to toon classes. my big worry, other then the new rage system, is that we may get another ArP situation. where its not that great in the beginning and gets buffed then in later content since the gear is available you try to cap out at 100%. Alot of people are rather annoyed with ArP so much that its getting taken out of the game except thru mastery. can we cap out ArP once more? 51 talent points will get us 24% how many more on gear to get 50% 100%? will they nerf it back down with this nob? will that make mastery lack luster for warrior due to the new rage system.
Mr. Rossi I do hope that they decide to give you a golden ticket to the beta. I may not be a good typer or poor at my ideas across but you are not :P you also have a firm grasp of the mech of warriors

I think hes being sarcastic. The haste change isn't a change at all it does the same thing as It does now. But you dont see warriors stacking haste because ArP is God.
And since I dont dps as a warrior I cant really make a coment on it but. Warriors gain there rage threw there dps. Go figure a melee crit does x2 dmg then gets modified by armor it would Make sense that.
Since our attacks generate normal rage on regular dmg it makes sense that our 2x dmg makes 2x rage
I also think its sarcastic anger because they are changing haste for the other Melee classes to affect the resource gains Such as Faster energy for rogues Faster runes of CD's for DK's and More focus for those Hunters out there. At least I base this all on that post awhiles ago when they where exsplaining whats stats are making the cut to cata and why

Well with an instant strike HS, ( Possible instant strike Cleave) OverPower, mortalstrike, and execute. all being instants affected only by a GCD. Idk about the New cleaves/ HS if they will be on the same CD or there new rage costs and dmg.
But if we assume 30 rage on HS, 30 rage on MS, 5 Rage on OP. you now have 35 rage left over. which is fine for a Max rage Execute or a Blade storm. in combination of Blood rage and Reck you can dump ALOT of dmg into a target very quickly. So exspect warriors to become very good at tunneling down anything if they are not peeled or cced. Or to targets with Sweeping strikes :P
Personally I feel there will be problems with Rage starved Arms warriors.
Fury warriors with to much or just right. And tanks being Just right.
For all those bears I think they will be just right Like warrior tanks

May 19th 2009 5:49PM I personally feel that the biggest hindrance for warriors is our biggest asset. That is when we get into our BiS gear we do unwelcome well. This causes when new gear or new content that makes every one else do better Warriors have to be scaled back. other wise we will do to well with the rage we generate from damage. Then we cant do as well as we used to. I hate the scaling back that happens every time because that weakens every person that didn't Have BiS Items Have to fight up hill hard.
