Breakfast Topic: Do you like PvP? {WoW}

Apr 3rd 2012 6:07PM You should PvP for the rush, for the challenge, and for the unpredictable nature of it. Sure Velen might not stay dead, but guess what. If you go into ICC the Lich king is still there. You kill death wing for the first time, nothing happens he just re-spawns. I can watch a video of raids on youtube if I want to see the story, the story doesn't change.

Breakfast Topic: Do you like PvP? {WoW}

Apr 3rd 2012 5:13PM I'm not calling anyone names. But Revnah's Point of I don't do it because i'm not good at it is a bit silly. No one starts of good at most things in life, if we just avoided them where would we get? Who started off wow as a pro? Nobody, Everyone started off sucking and kept at it till they were better. No one starts off a raid counter and goes hmm that was easy, they die and die and die until they get good at it and they progress. That's how we improve as human beings, sure multiplication and subtraction seemed hard when we were young, we may have failed a lot but we practiced and got better, which is why we are capable adults and not still playing in sand pits where it's safe and simple.

I admit that people can be jerks in chat in bg's, there's personalities of all sorts thrown into the mix that are naturally going to collide, but it's not just because of PvP. I've gone into 5 man randoms with people who have gotten mad because I don't have the right gear or don't know the encounter well enough. So please get off your high horse thinking that just because your pve victory conditions doesn't stop other people competing theirs makes you some sort of Ghandi pacifist.

Apr 3rd 2012 10:43AM That's not true! Revnah admitted it on the second page of comments!

Also some people just don't have a agressive gene in their body but I think your right most people just don't want to see themselves suck.

Apr 3rd 2012 10:38AM It's ok, you stick to your PvE, with your sandpits and plastic shovels. The big boys will be over here ;)

Apr 3rd 2012 10:30AM You guys realize that a few patches back you could get honor points by exchanging valor and justice points right? So your points aren't really valid any more. Just pve until you have enough PvP gear.

Breakfast Topic: Has the time come for Outland story updates? {WoW}

Dec 16th 2011 4:18PM When redoing the night elf leaders story line, make her give you a quest chain to go and bring back illidan. She can turn on her former bf for siding with the horde and Illidan can return on the alliance.

Aiding the Alliance: The idle Varian Wrynn {WoW}

Dec 8th 2011 9:08PM Good article. 3 point I would like to make.

1) After you do the main leaders can you do the semi main? Such as the night elf leader in ferelas? I think alliance could benefit from having these lieutenants pop up more.

2) I don't think Varian is all hate, look at ICC after killing the 4th boss Varian is calm enough to let Saurfang take his son.

3) I think the Dranei need to have a general lead their wa rmachine into action. A new character.

Breakfast Topic: What's your idea of good random in-game fun? {WoW}

Nov 23rd 2011 9:26AM I was gm of a guild and ran a Guild Lottery. I got on an alt and sent my main tons of mail, most of them said sorry try again, some had gold rewards and others had vanity pets etc. My main would take the copy mail from the post box and put them all in the guild bank until a whole tab was filled, you couldn't tell what was on it just from mousing over them all they said was Plain letter. Charged people from the guild some gold that it would cost me and then divided the letters up amongst the players so they each got X amounts of with drawls.
