Breakfast Topic: Who gets to grow up? {WoW}

Apr 16th 2010 8:05AM I'd like to see gnomes "grow up."

See what I did there? ;)

Breakfast topic: Who inspired you to play what? {WoW}

Oct 3rd 2009 10:19AM Well, my friend told me how awesome druids were. Then I made a druid. But out of nowhere, him and his other WoW friends decide to reroll on a PvP server and told me to make a mage to port them everywhere. So I had no choice. But I like it :]

Class specific buffs become craftable items {WoW}

Aug 27th 2009 5:08PM I think that this kinda makes things a tad on the easy side. People can do raids without a class, making everyone feel equal. I think every class should be able to do something to benefit the raid, but now people won't look for you if you can just use an item to get the same effect. At least make it so that only you can benefit from it, that would bring life into some deader professions like LW. Inscription is already way too common, there doesn't need to be ANOTHER reason people should get it. Make something for Alchemy please :(

So, I guess I don't like this change. It makes some classes replaced by items.

Breakfast Topic: What do you think of new race and class combos? {WoW}

Aug 24th 2009 8:50AM Personally, I don't like this. I think Blizzards original goal was to limit them so you would try out all the races, not just pick the same one because it can be so many classes. Night elf mages? I thought Night elves abandoned magic after they abused it. Worgen druids? They can turn into wolves, not a bear/cat/tiger thing/fish thing/whateveramoonkinis/tree. Some are okay, like Human hunters and Dwarf shamans. But people will start playing only their favorite race, which is good since it's their favorite, but takes away part of the game from them.

But I'm excited for Gnome priests. A group of a priest, warrior, DK, mage, and warlock. Tiny group :]

BlizzCon 2009: Stats vastly simplified {WoW}

Aug 23rd 2009 10:10AM I don't think this is a good idea. I loved and hated those classic moments where you had to choose between something with more SP/AP or the bonus stats. I think they make gear chosing more fun. Now it'll just be the bigger the numbers, the better the gear.

WoW PTR Patch 3.2.2 notes {WoW}

Aug 14th 2009 10:19AM Mages are getting a HUGE buff, YAY! Now I can start spamming Arcane Blast~

Chinese WoW partial relaunch pics, comparison shots of censorship {WoW}

Aug 11th 2009 4:37PM I think the tombstone idea is actually pretty cool. I come from MapleStory where when you die, you turn into a little ghostie and a tombstone falls from the sky to where you died. I like the tombstone idea, it gives a better representation of how many players died.

Breakfast Topic: Iconography {WoW}

Aug 10th 2009 11:21AM I came from a game called MapleStory where you would rarely find an icon that looked the same as another. Icons were direct representations of what they were for, too; the item in your inventory looks exactly like what it would on you when you equip it. Sure, some were just color rehashes, but you could still tell what it was. When I came to WoW I was like....

Blizzard, please get new icons.
