Scattered Shots: Musings on hunter haste design {WoW}

Mar 31st 2011 10:06AM I'd like to see haste have more of an impact on focus regen. Changing your rotation by giving you more focus to put in Arcane Shots might be a bit more interesting. Though it may make it a bit more complicated by being too reactive, and also for it to be enough of a change there might be a point where it would just get rid of Steady/Cobra Shot.

Scattered Shots: Camouflage {WoW}

Sep 6th 2010 8:37PM At everyone talking about bringing a mob/boss down with traps. If a mob can't target you it evades and even if it doesn't evade the first or second trap as soon as a mob is no longer in combat (you can't overlap traps for more than the first 2 maybe 3 which is not enough to kill anything anyone cares about) its health resets.

The Queue: The holy cow it's a crab edition {WoW}

Jun 26th 2009 10:52PM You can actually have someone standing around killing your jousting opponent for you. If you really suck, just start the joust while you're high dps buddy smashes them with everything and all you do is get their shield down a couple of times. Joust will be over in around 10 seconds.

Shifting Perspectives: The day has come, part 2 {WoW}

Jun 2nd 2009 10:14PM I don't see how you can not realise why hair color is tied to the animal form. It makes perfect and complete sense that in a fantasy world where I can transform in to an animal that that animal would then have fur highly similar to color of my arm hair, which shockingly enough is the same color as the hair on my head.

Its even more obvious for a Tauren, they're already covered in fur. Remember, you're playing a RPG (role playing game). Call me crazy but I think it works better when then theres certain realistic connections between things (even small things) that happen in game no matter how unrealistic they are. How would you explain a dark furred tauren transforming in to a white cat? Doesn't seem like something a druid would to me. Maybe they enlist the help of a mage buddy to sheep them while turning in to a bear thus making some kind of white "cat"?
