thats the complete opposite of my experience. verizon was shit as far as call quality and signal reliability goes. at&t has been much better

i only have limited experience with carriers, at&t and verizon. when i had verizon it was terrible, i would drop calls everywhere and couldnt even use my phone in my apartment. i switched to at&t and all that is fixed. i can use my phone in my apartment and i havent dropped a call.
noone can still answer why they think CDMA is better than GSM. from what i've read it seems GSM is better

mostly because 73% of the world uses it. also offers better fraud prevention than CDMA
