Dec 11th 2009 9:23AM On the release day of the patch i have earned over 50 emblems of Triumph after work and that in under 5 yours.
I even did a successful Occulus HC with a fully random group and got the 20minutes achievment.
I know i am one of the lucky as there are other people out there whining about the failures of their groups and pugs.
I am really happy with the tool and there for
a very big
BIG UP for the concept and development team of Blizzard
you guys deserve a huge Xmas bonus
Oct 23rd 2009 9:01AM I loved crafting during TBC back then it was something special to run a round with an epic craftable weapon which i used till better stuff dropped in BT.
It would be really great to see such craftable items again.
Aug 13th 2009 7:18AM I really disagree with you for just one reason, in my opinion a class/roll that must drop its current roll it was invited as (DPS/healer for example) and keep CCing (be it with a shield taking huge amount of damage compared to a real tank) or by mind controlling and stop healing or dpsing aswell. so the obvious choice is to go ahead and take classes that can do basicly both at the same time eg. mage/ret pala/shaman(not first choice because of CD)
i can see why some people miss CC but that is all up to the play style but forcing people to CC will force pugs to be more selective about which class they take with them. so shouting out for more CC is at the same time a shout out for more diffucult dungeons.
Aug 13th 2009 3:47AM You are simply missing the point, blizzard tried to make instances fast and easy so that pugs were able to play together. i dont see any CC capabilities on the warrior and deathknight for instance same goes for the priest.
CC would bring back class selection into the selection of your group, which blizzard (thank god) moved away from. it was hard enough to find groups as a dps warrior now it works, but when they put back the emphasis on CC, all dps classes able to CC will be prefered over the classes that cant. as it was in magisters terrace!
Jun 11th 2009 10:09AM Hunters kind of have - sylvanas and her super awsome power moves and shots during the attack on undercity
Shamans - Similar to the hunters you see quite a bit of action from thrall but a propper place *shrug*
Warriors - Playable lore or propper background places and quests, none that i know of.
Warlock - Nerzul ? but then again we have not seen a thing yet... but Guldan maybe... in outland.
Rogues - got something in low level but ravenholdt, is kinda not enough at all and easily forgotten.
Jun 5th 2009 4:18AM Well first of all congratulations to her. However it would have been more impressive if that would have been achived on a pvp realm as far as i can see she is on the realm Kirn Tor which is a RP realm in Europe and in the US.
But still, well done maty
