Nothing outside of your computer not working can effectively keep one from reading the articles for free.
Sounds like it's free to me. If they want "pay to play" they better find a better way to make someone pay other than making their content available for free.

Jun 14th 2009 5:23AM Blizzard sent them the item which makes it their mistake which means they are punishing him and his guild for their mistake. The simple fact that instead of owning up to their mistake they banned everyone speaks volumes about them.
They really should re-instate everyone's account.
