Blizzard is tracking 180,000 bugs in WoW {WoW}

Sep 17th 2009 4:42PM A lot more then 5 million subscribers, unless this post is from 2006.

Blizzard is tracking 180,000 bugs in WoW {WoW}

Sep 17th 2009 4:40PM Your connection dropping when you raid is your connection, not the game, nor a bug. I raid nearly every 25 man each week, I never have drop issues.

Sep 17th 2009 2:06PM Because the title of every OS X patch isn't a large number of bugs they've fixed. Nope, not at all.

BlizzCon 2009: Bingo fail {WoW}

Aug 27th 2009 9:06AM Nobunaga was definitely there! Like he would ever miss a Blizzcon.

Aug 25th 2009 1:47PM Someone doesn't understand the meaning of journalism.

God forbid we actually be educated about such things.

Breakfast Topic: What do you think of new race and class combos? {WoW}

Aug 24th 2009 1:07PM Sadly and in the deepest sense of irony, for it not to make sense you'd have to retcon the established lore. Tyrande's gone far more extreme then this in the past, ask Illidan.

Aug 24th 2009 1:04PM WoW actually has very little that's been torn apart, the closest I can think is Sargeras being shifted about with the Draenai, truth is, a lot of the "contradictions" were based on nothing more then assumptions, rather then answered questions. Reading the books and Manga tends to fill people in on a lot of the things they don't understand, I'd recommend them for any RPer who wants to keep up.

Generally, a lot of series don't have screwed up lore, just fans who can't accept that things can change from what they start out as. It's sad really, since a good RPer at least should recognize that characters are supposed to grow and evolve, not remain the same forever and ever. So hard to find people who understand that... :|

Aug 24th 2009 12:42PM If by become like the High Elves, you mean become magically addicted or follow the same path as them, you might be correct, but the Highborn who didn't go to Quel'thalas and stayed in Kalimdor are still physically the same as other Night Elves. There is, at least as I can see, no actual detail into why they changed in color and appearance, but my best guess is a combination of their changed climate, exposure to the sunlight and the effects of bonding to the Sunwell probably all contributed to their "fair" appearance.

Aug 24th 2009 12:32PM How are we having conversations about a race being overpowered when the only people to test them at all are alpha users and lucky Blizzcon attendees? In fact, how can one have a conversation on balance when they already mentioned "new powers to all other races" haven't even been shown to compare to?

I think people are jumping the gun again.

Aug 24th 2009 12:27PM Like I've commented, if you decide to ignore things in the Lore, any arguement against it makes sense. You're focusing on the Night Elves of the past, of what's happened, and not tracing every probable root in the matter before reaching your conclusion. No, the Night Elves did NOT give up Arcane Magic, a group of them did. The Highborne went three ways when they were exiled, they became the Naga, the High Elves, and small groups of them simply went into hiding. This is where you're ignoring the facts. Go to Dire Maul sometime and explain to me how the Highborne currently guarding the place can't possibly exist.

They've returned, Tyrande is going to bring them back in, you may be forgetting that she's the woman who decided to turn to Illidan in the first place. You're busy talking about the Night Elves "turning back to magic", how about considering the ones that never turned away to begin with?
