Jun 5th 2010 10:23AM Kara is also by favorite place in the entire game, I wish it was still needed today so I could be back in it at least 2 nights a week. Hell to be honest it would make me level another toon just so I could hit a full clear twice a week!
Jun 2nd 2010 2:22PM The Ethereal Soul Trader would be a perfect addition to my air-ganking routine! Nothing better than a flying lazer chicken!
Jan 25th 2010 9:38PM "Are mobs tougher to tank now in 3.3? They seem to be harder to position."
There was a bug with positioning just as patch 3.3 came out, but that was hotfixed a couple days later. Everything should be fine now, and I haven't noticed any troubles in my daily heroic tanking.
I disagree. As a bear tank I have a terrible time getting whatever I'm tanking to not run through me and start trimming my tail fur. On my DK it's no issue, the mobs do what I need them too. I think it may just be a Druid bug.
Jan 25th 2010 9:35PM I'm a Druid tank, and a fairly new one to boot. I tanked my furry butt off at 70 but have been full Resto up to last week. I'm so happy to be back tanking simply because it is the most fun, exciting, and least boring way to spend my time in an instance. That being said I am worried what they may do to "AoE tanking".
Single target tanking is mindless, boring, and just plain too easy. Hell add another mob and nothing really changes. AoE tanking has made the job a challenge again, like just tanking properly at 70 was. Making sure I have threat rolling around each mob I'm tanking so the trigger happy DPS stays alive and my healer has an easy enough job of healing just me they get to do something besides stare at health bars. (Resto for a long time, the tunnel vision gets old!)
I'm all for balancing everything like this but I just hope whatever they do tanking stays at the point where it does take practice, attention, and skill.
