Aug 29th 2009 6:07PM Human Hunters? What needs to be expained? I mean, why wasn't there a hunter class for humans from the beginning is what I'm asking. How on earth did humans get food before technology? Just wait for it to drop from the sky? I don't think the nomadic and gathering skills we had as a race went out the door when weaponry and machinery moved to the forefront. Heck, even in real life, hunters use dogs as hunting pets to sniff out prey...honestly, is a WoW-based lore really necessary for that class combo?
Jul 27th 2009 10:16AM Wow...gratz to all involved...that is an impressive goal to undertake. I remember escorting a level 8 Gnome through Tanaris to the Un'goro camp and THAT was NOT easy with the aggro range being seemingly endless, lol.
Yay to finding interesting ways to play the game.
Jul 24th 2009 1:31PM I agree...LK's "Livin on a Prayer" made the entire episode.
Jul 16th 2009 8:46AM Three Wolves One Moon!??!
Whatever happened to the dogs playing poker? Call me old fashioned...
(and trailor trash oriented... :P )
Jun 29th 2009 10:43AM thebitterfig -- you just proved exactly WHY there will NEVER be a Draenai Druid class...their logic -- they're like the Vulcans of the races in that way.
Jun 29th 2009 9:47AM "Is this your first day on the Interwebs or something? Linking is what people do, especially when they think something on the other end of the link is interesting and they want other people to read it. It's actually considered to be a bit of a compliment."
Seriously! I totally agree. You get material from somewhere else and you don't link it or source it, just imagine what the comments would have been: "Hey, er...yeah, zomg, you like totally used stuff from my, er, site, and uh, didn't link the actual info. Can you, uh, correct this, er, error? Ok thanks, bai."
Jun 29th 2009 9:18AM LOL!!!!!
Classic. I laughed really hard with this one.
Jun 24th 2009 12:03PM I can understand where people are coming from with the repetition of the dailies, BUT, that is why they are called "dailies". By WoWers definition, they are going to be repetitive. I actually like the Argent dailies. I like the jousting and the quick kills, and the double backing on quests working for representing one faction while already doing them for another (double the gold for a single outting's effort). I like the rewards (which I would HOPE will be updated in the next patch) and I'm FINALLY getting the rep I've long needed with other cities (such as Gnomer, Exodar and IF that have been utterly ignored since I hit level 70 in BC). I love running around and poking enemies with a stick. And like LASHER, my fights are come and go because I've gotten the hang of the jousting. I think there's a lot of benefits with the Argent Dailies that people just are not considering here....
With that said, updates and changes will still be very much welcomed. I just hope they're after I've finished with my factions...still have Gnomer and IF to go to complete the Alliance.
Jun 23rd 2009 11:41AM I think you're overthinking this. I believe the different modes are just, as in previous attempts, is simply an expansion on the idea of giving access to content to more people. Smaller guilds used to running 10-mans will now have equal access to the heroic content of the raids without the pangs of having to PUG a 25man. It's a great idea actually. And the whole "there's something for everyone" is emphasized even further with the 5-man run for people who just want to jump in, see the place, and have a little fun in the meantime.
