Sep 20th 2010 1:11PM I have to laugh at the guild and authenticator idea as the only time I have seen a guild hacked was when the GM themselves got hacked--not one of the members or officers.

Jun 24th 2009 5:56AM The problem is the states USED TO be able to regulate this nonsense. Then Marquette Vs. First Omaha Service Corp came along in 1974 and stated that only the state where the bank was actually located could do anything and then Smiley vs. Citibank in 1996 applied that to credit cards. Thanks to the Supreme Court the credit card companies are "located" in states that have few if any limits. The Federal government HAD to step in because the Supreme Court said the states couldn't.
