Aug 6th 2010 4:28PM part of the problem with lower level tank alts is that they see all the tanks at 80 aggroing literally whole rooms full of mobs and chain pulling a heroic in 15 minutes or less and they want to do the same with the low level instances. No matter how skilled you are, at lower levels you simply cannot do this because you will never outgear an instance you find through the df enough to chain pull in that manner. Monkey see, monkey do, monkey goes splat. It's too bad that those tanks don't learn their lesson and take it out on the poor healers, you need to go a little slower and sometimes even cc(GASP! I Know what the hell is cc), just because the dungeons back then were designed to be harder than any wrath ones are.
Aug 5th 2010 12:43PM Eh i liked it, but then I really liked the original also. As to the quality it's not so much that she has a bad flow or an annoying voice but more that she was trying to squeeze in tlyrics that didn't rhyme or fit the tempo of the music, which made them fall flat on occasion.
Jul 20th 2010 10:34AM I find rping in wow is difficult to actually get into. As one poster said before the story is already laid out for you and I find the nature of the game itself(which is action based for the most part) is not conducive to getting me in a frame of mind for rping. I have rp'd online before, when white wolf provided a java chat for it's world of darkness rpg settings. Communicating through text only, without the distraction of flashy graphics and actiony gaming, it is much easier into ones character. If dice were necessary(in combat for example),an online roller that everyone could see was provided so we could view the results. A player group could set up it's own stories, as wella s follow the plotline(and have a real effect on said plotline) that was developed by the gamae masters. Wow just doesn't have that, it's almost like trying to rp while playing halo online.
Jul 9th 2010 1:32PM I think i made it to the 3rd imma tree before i stopped this thing...even sex appeal couldn't make me watch thyis.
Jun 10th 2010 9:04PM Eh I found most of wrath incredibly dull to be honest. I much preferred the storylines and feel of outlands to northrend. The wrathgate cycle was decent but I found I just couldn't get into the game as much as I did in BC, as I found the sories not compelling in any way.
Apr 30th 2010 7:04PM It isn't raid time till someone pulls out their willy
Jun 25th 2009 12:03PM considering the t 6 equivalent gear took 100+ badges for a single piece in bc, i'd assume yer looking a a cost of at least that much of tier 9 emblems for a single piece here as well
