May 17th 2011 11:21PM "You're not going to get anything out of the gnomes but a few very small kidneys and a lot of neon hair dye."
I'm nominating this for WoW Insider Quote of the Week.
If there is no WoW Insider Quote of the Week then I suggest that it be created for the sole purpose of accepting the nomination noted above.
May 14th 2011 12:11PM Did WoW Insider run a How-to on collecting pets in the past? If so, anyone have a link to it?

My bad, I was talking about Darnassus.
For Auberdine, there is an elder ther, but it is not part of the elders quest. The elder for Auberdine was moved north to the new alliance town.
Jan 24th 2011 2:25AM ?
I found the elder in the entrance for VOA. Maybe he moves based on who has the zone. It was my faction at the time I did it.
Jan 24th 2011 2:22AM Worked for me (Sunday afternoon) - note that there are two questgivers right next to each other in Auberdine. One is the elder and the other one gives the quest to fire rockets (or something like that).. too funny, I was able to accept this quest as a horde :)-
Jan 24th 2011 2:19AM Azeroth Dungeons.
Mauradon : pretty much in the same place, SE of the Princess
Stratholme : "wandering the streets" go in the main entrance and turn right into the next part of town. I think tihis has changed.
Sunken Temple : this one has really been cut down in size.. really simple to find him.
Zulfarrak : by Grazilla. I think the same as last year..
BRD : in the ring of law, same as last year.
LBRS : I agree with the article.. not as easy to find. Wowhead has a good guide. I think same as last year.
Jan 24th 2011 2:10AM Yup, took me one day to do Eastern Kingdome, Kalimdor, Horde Faction, Alliance Faction, Northrend, all of the old-world dungens and a few of the northrend dungeons.. oh and the boss. Whole different ballgame when you can fly in Azeroth now. :)
Dec 20th 2010 4:40PM I guess I see the Guild Achievement system as an honest effort, on Blizzard's part, to make the game more enjoyable, but with an unexpected and undesired side-effect. The side-effect is that the system acts as a wedge to separate large guilds and small guilds in the form of missing incentives. Before, there wasn't really a difference; you were in the guild to raid/5man/RP whatever and the size of the guild was not much of an issue (for the most part). What I have not decided yet is the impact that this wedge really has on different guilds.
It may be an issue because someone in a small guild may start to think that joining a larger guild will get them some nice leveling gear or a mount speed increase. If these perks outweigh the core "fun factor" of the current guild then the player will likely leave.
On the other hand, it may be not much of an issue because guild perks are geared mainly to focus on leveling and end-game raiding, things that the other guilds (RP'ers, family, etc.) are not aiming towards.. I mean, is there a guild perk geared towards Role Playing?

Dec 18th 2010 6:46PM Yeah, his "welcome to the horde" message for new goblins is not very inspiring.. it made me wanna go look for an Alliance recruiter.
