Oct 16th 2007 5:32AM > But this buffs PvP warriors and hurts PvE DPS warriors badly, and it's the PvE DPS warriors that need to be buffed.
Because it's not like they got extra damage on whirlwind (now you can actually make a use of improved whirlwind talent) and threat reduction, AMIRITE?
Sep 27th 2007 4:00AM "Tactical Mastery is a choice".
"We want to buff arms and fury tanking, so we will buff Tactical Mastery, which is PROTECTION talent, to make it even more must have talent for anyone who even thinks about doing any pve at all. Oh, yes, it's still a choice."
Sep 25th 2007 8:14AM Player character would no longer die due to not resting or eating for long periods of time.
Aug 15th 2007 3:41AM Wow, just wow. When the best alliance race to make a warrior is a GNOME, who shouldn't be alowed to be a warrior in the first place, then there is something wrong. Oh noes, it doesn't give you 5 second immunity? No it doesn't, but 5 seconds after you use it that mage is already dead, so whatever. WotF is also good only against warlocks, priests and rarely against warriors. EA is good against rogues, warriors, hunters, mages and shamans, see the difference?
"QQ more people... one of the reason I chose a gnome was Escape Artist."
You said it right there, the reason you have chosen a gnome is to PEW PEW LOL U CANT ROOT ME racial ability. No one, who have any idea about the game mechanics, who wants to PvP and don't care about how his character looks like will ever roll other race for an alliance warrior then a gnome. There is more Gnome warriors then Troll warriors, you know, those guys who have BERSERKING racial ability? Remember that quote from Time Gnomes: "uhm, she is a Troll warrior, did she just misclick there"?
You might feel it's fine on your gnome warlock, or maybe even on a gnome mage, but on a melee class, that's another story.
Aug 9th 2007 3:40AM WHAT? 6 sec cooldown on CS is a gimmick? WOOOOOOOW. I remember people whining for HUNDREDS OF PAGES on paladin forums after nerfing CS from 6s to 10s, because their dps is going to be lower, because they are not going to keep their judgements up when they miss and what now, it felt like they just killed your class by that, and now it's just a GIMMICK?
Aug 1st 2007 2:53AM > why are all the good blogs about paladins?
*cough* warriorpwns.com *cough*
Ya, waiting for WAR...
Jul 21st 2007 5:40PM @6 - actually, we know pretty much about Warhammer, and that's because they show the game at conventions, they let people play it, they walk around their studio with camera and talk about things, they release podcasts describing how things are going to be done or are already done. Will Warhammer be "better" then WoW, or will it have more customers, I've no idea. But to quote Mythic at it: "WoW is the Beatles, you can't copy the Beatles, you can't be better then Beatles, we are Led Zeppelin."
Jul 2nd 2007 6:32AM Collision detection, taunt making your enemies deal less damage to anything but you and abilities to actually help your friends get out of shitty positions is what prot warrior needs to be useful in PvP. All of that and more comming in Warhammer Online Q1 2008.
Apr 25th 2007 3:50AM "And really, if they were going to move TM, Fury is the natural place for it, the tree that deals with rage generation."
Fury a natural place for tactical mastery? What does have FURY, going out as a BERSERKER, MINDLESS smashing things have in common with TACTICS? And no, Fury is not the tree that deals with rage generation, both arms (anger management, second wind and, erm, ENDLESS RAGE maybe?) and prot have their own rage generating talents.
Just my 2 cents.
Mar 14th 2007 6:01AM A holy tree for the warrior class, a fury dw tree for the paladin, a separate cat/bear trees for the druid, a tanking tree for the rogue, BALANCE!
