Feb 21st 2011 11:17AM If you define controlled as unable to keep the undead warlock from standing on top of the Lakeshire Inn and nuking everything the town, then yes. They were all over Redridge.
Really though I've always seen the alliance as the people who just want to read the quests and enjoy the game part of the game. The horde want to win stuff and enjoy the social part of the game (both creating a cohesive team and causing misery for people who just want to go out and adventure).
Feb 14th 2011 5:24PM I find it funny that my random from http://whatthefuckshouldimakefordinner.com/ was Red Snappah (http://www.cookstr.com/recipes/red-snapper-veracruz-style) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71sVv__DryA) wow reference.
Dec 27th 2010 4:19PM I think he might be a play off of old school holy paladins wearing anything and everything that would let them heal.
Oct 18th 2010 9:12AM Don't forget to visit southshore this Holiday, before the stink bombs really go off and we can't do the same achievement next year.
Oct 7th 2010 9:11AM I was actually in a guild alliance before and we did communicate by creating a chat channel. Simply /join icftb (or some name to be defined later). Instead of typing in all caps in guild chat you can type in all caps in that chat and all the guilds can follow along.
The only downside is anyone can join the chat, which mean you have less control over funsukers in your chat. I'd say keep the chat channel secret, but in a game where we knew the name of the expansion before work had even started on it, it's just not reasonable.
Sep 21st 2010 3:34PM In the latest patch it does seem that Dwarves have received a buff to archeology instead of their treasure finding ability. I rolled a premade on the PTR and have this new ability. Not on my home comp but would type out the details.
Sep 20th 2010 3:49PM The way I see it the design of your character's face is more for the other players you'll be interacting with. As as your face in real life. Outside of a mirror, you don't see your face 99% of the time, but we do generally not like to look like a train wreck. The same can be said for our in game avatars. Unless you're going for "old wrinkly gnome face," it makes sense to to try to make you character face the way you want to be perceived by everyone else. (I have one gnome warlock with such a mean face, even though I'm 6'2" I still wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley.)
Sep 14th 2010 1:27PM Crap I'd better buy that mammoth mount for heroism badges before they're turned into useless gold.
Sep 13th 2010 10:57PM I'm not sure this exp falls under the heirloom umbrella. Exploration exp doesn't for instance. Would be worth someone in the beta mining with and without a BOA at the same level.
Sep 7th 2010 1:15PM The latest blue post is that the current version has just the leap, and that they are considering adding the thunder clap, an ability to get out of snares or something as a glyphed ability.
