Jul 27th 2010 11:06AM Oh I likey the flappy blazy thingy!
Dec 9th 2009 11:34AM Oh I just knew this would be voted down! Space goats were a huge out of the ass move by Blizz. I mean really? If you like em, more power to ya, doesn't mean their existence is justified. I'm just saying they're the lamest, THE lamest new fantasy race. I wonder if they taste the same as goats that don't crash land from space in crystal space ships lol
Dec 9th 2009 9:15AM The Alliance need a cool figure to stand behind. A new battle cry and less, and I mean MUCH LESS, blue space goats! Worgen will the best and probably only appealing thing for the blue side. I've always loved the Horde in all its forms and will continue to, even when I cancel my account soon.
Orcs rule, Humans eat gruel!
Nov 12th 2009 8:12AM I likey free stuff contests :)
Oct 22nd 2009 3:01PM "You might gain some points in weapon skill while fighting a training dummy. However, since these points come solely from special attacks (not white damage),"
Is this correct? My rogue only has "shoot" and "throw" and I'm 9 points from maxing my last ranged weapon skill. Or does this rule only apply to "main" class weapons?
Oct 14th 2009 4:04PM Gimmie some headset! Glowy!!!
Oct 1st 2009 8:20AM My hearts go out to those in the Philippines. I know some local people here are doing what they can to aid the people who need it. I know it can be easy to change the channel or turn away when we see disaster hit other countries. Many think we have to do something and hesitation can make us feel embarrassed to simply witness such hardship. But just putting these people in your thoughts and hearts is a gift we can all give. Just remember we're all human beasts and it's ok to feel!
On the topic of hope: I love how WoW can be so entertaining but also love how we can play the game to get away on a little digital vacation. No matter how bad I might feel in life I take solace in shanking a human paladin in PVP or in getting another awesome piece of armor for my toons. We have such a fortunate opportunity to play WoW and have the freedom to care, or not care in the end.
Oct 1st 2009 8:12AM Nice headset! I'll take one plzkthxbai
Sep 29th 2009 11:48AM I think it's very interesting to see how something viewed simply as just a game has drawn the attention of serious thinkers. World of Warcraft simulates many social and even economic aspects that can be compared to real life. During the Corrupted Blood issues (when an ingame disease went out of control and spread in capitol cities and was not planned by Blizzard) the US government looked at it as a model of how populations would react to contagion. People avoided populated areas and contact with other players. So I'm not too surprised we find behavioral parallels between the game world and some of these predetermined social patterns. When you play WoW and do anything in the virtual world we take with us the same habits that we've leaned on RL. And vice versa! Anyone else catch themselves saying "BRB LOL BIO" when they're at the bar? Ok maybe that's just me :)
Sep 26th 2009 8:42PM Oh but you see not only am I not a Troll, as you put it, I clearly mentioned I'm an Orc. Silly boy. Also Trolls don't have any fun or good comments whereas mine was just shy of brilliant! Only short cuz I play, you guessed it, an Orc!
