Patch 3.2.2: Trial of the Champion improvements {WoW}

Sep 26th 2009 8:21PM This is awesome news! But sad I can't go make a sandwich and go to the bathroom and discover life on other worlds and master telepathy and how women think while I wait for the juicy parts to start!

But... "Typical cowardly orc, you know?" C'mon! Orcs are probably the only WoW race who are very likely to run into battle without thinking, without showering and wielding sharp things all over his/her body! My Elemantal Orc Shaman loves to run around and die shamelessly all the time!

Enter to win a Creative World of Warcraft wireless headset {WoW}

Sep 24th 2009 10:09AM I've been dying to get a headset! Dying sooooo much that my main is undead! /chuckle

Is China's WoW delay politically motivated? {WoW}

Sep 18th 2009 5:30PM There is most certainly a degree of political and social control imposed by China when it comes to the subject matter that is released to its citizens. It is a method of control not new to history. Censoring content to limit certain cultural interaction with said content. This is a nation sensitive to how much freedom the normal people have. This translates to their versions of free speech. WoW was developed by Americans and we have a much more liberal way of approaching the subject of death and violence. China doesn't want this game to effect people too much and let them think outside their box. Remember the US and China have had rocky international relations. It's not a slight to America as much as a method of controlling the people of China. Yes it is just a game but little ideas can turn into a snowball and the People's Republic of China does not want that. I just hope they get their game online so our friends in Asia can love the game like we all do, and the censorship will not likely diminish that.

Two Bosses Enter: King Dred vs. King Ymiron {WoW}

Sep 17th 2009 2:44PM King Dread goes OM NOM NOM NOM, CRUNCH CRUNCH and wins! But later dies of a most heinous case of indigestion... poor dino!

Breakfast Topic: The Moment {WoW}

Sep 16th 2009 8:48PM Tell him I hate him 3x more than my buddy. LOL I wonder why the game even allows for people to get multiple drops of it. I seriously doubt they'll remove the BOP though. That would make the rep grind pretty much useless. I have 17 hours left on my egg now, THIS time that drake will be mine! Oh yes, it will be mine!

Breakfast Topic: The Moment {WoW}

Sep 16th 2009 8:14AM Heart wrenching it is to have both of my best friends get the Green Proto Drake before me, then get ANOTHER one while I choke on aged yolk... heh, bastards! Sad to see him destroy it...

Hunter thoughts on the Patch 3.2.2 Armor Penetration nerf {WoW}

Sep 9th 2009 10:25AM I think the process of selecting gear has not become just over complicated but yes confusing. Now before the l33t freaks say it's so easy as it is, or use a spread sheet or so on let me make one thing clear, stats can translate into AP, HIT and so on without making them a new stat on their own. This simplification is good for two reasons:
1) It makes the progression of the game and leveling easier to understand for new and casual players
2) It makes the selection of gear easier.
We don't need to have 10 or more factors playing into why we take gear. Nerfing stats will always be a factor but incorporating the extra stats we've been seeing into normal stats like Strength and Agility will let us make a faster choice and thus, actually playing the game more! I have played for a long time now but I'm not really a veteran but I want to see clear distinction between what piece of armor is better and not wax intellectual with the uber over minor changes.

TurpsterVision: Happy {WoW}

Sep 8th 2009 8:54AM Will Battlenet, once becoming mandatory, remain a free service? My bowels twist at the thought...

New Shaman totems in the expansion {WoW}

Sep 3rd 2009 11:47AM I think throwable totems could be fun. Like a Molotov Totem that does fire damage to enemy and friendly players alike! OR! Rubber totem, makes players bounce when they jump while within 15 yard of the totem! A totem that summons a ghost weapon like the DK's or something would be neat. How about some just fun and totally useless totems? A DANCE DANCE WOW totem that makes you dance in random ways! Maybe a camo totem that kind of stealths you! But most of all, BEER TOTEM FTW!!!

Yogg-Saron in blues {WoW}

Sep 2nd 2009 1:52PM Take THAT you people who spam your elitest nonsense! You know the kind "Only geared high DPS allowed". That's a big steaming pile of murloc poo that I never bought and just ruins the experience. Congratz to the guys who pulled this off!
