Jul 2nd 2011 8:28AM Interesting question, since today is actually my "WoW anniversary (I started playing today 4 years ago)." At the time that I started, I was going through some very difficult times emotionally. A friend who tried to cheer me up, told me that I could play an undead Mage in WoW (she knew I loved the D&D Liches). I looked it up and thought that I should try since it will take my mind of things.
I signed up, went to the character creation screen and chose an undead Mage. I tried to choose a look that would reflect how much pain and suffering he was experiencing (rather than a scary look).
That Mage is still my main today. we have been through a lot together: a couple of guilds, a server transfer, and many RP sessions.
In time, we both were able to make sense of our painful experiences, come to terms with them, and even use those experiences to become more socially involved and compassionate individuals. Both my undead and me learned that existence means, that things change and that the good and the bad are always intertwined.
I hope my next four years playing WoW will be as fun and meaningful as the last four!

Nov 18th 2010 4:13PM Hey everyone,
Does anyone know anything about the "seeker" achievement (http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=978/3000-quests-completed) ?
Is it still in the game? has it changed?
Thank you :-)
