Nope, 310% flying speed scaling is trainable. No idea what level or at what cost, but I'm guessing it's gonna be for capped (lvl85) players and cost a hell of a lot. 5k seems in the region of the cost, but I was expecting it to be higher.

However I just don't have a very large attention span and tend to get bored with the-
