Oct 19th 2010 8:15AM On my main I use the title "Conqueror of Naxxramas", as it marked my first real success as a raider back in early Wrath. However, I stopped actively raiding just after Ulduar, so I've only dabbled in it since, becoming much more of an active RPer.
On other characters I use "of Ironforge", simply because my Draenei lived there, my Paladin uses "the Hallowed" because she's a very simple and kind soul, and my hunter uses "of Silvermoon" for obvious reasons.
Sep 24th 2010 12:09PM Leonar here, from the first email read out. First point, I actually had a "OMG" moment, hearing my question read out ^^;
But, in terms the things you talked about. I should probably have mentioned that I have leveled a Mage to 65, however have stopped simply because of becoming sick of mana management after every two or three pulls.
As to the suggestion to the Druids, I am planning to save that class to level a Troll one.
However, I am considering to level a second Warrior, simply because I find it my most natural class, I love plate armour and with the return of Warriors wielding one handers (I heavily disliked Titan's Grip), it would be a good combination for me.
Thanks for the advice, and for reading my email ^^
Aug 1st 2010 8:09AM For me in terms of RP, it's going to be quite fun.
My Paladin lives in Menethil, so she'll prompted to leave once it becomes flooded, since she'd worry it'll get worse.
My Hunter on the other hand would instantly be worried for his niece and likely end up tryin' to find her.
But, all in all... I think the first place I'll check out is Stormwind, then maybe the Barrens.
Jul 18th 2010 8:49AM My leveling style tends to vary constantly depending on the class.
With my warrior, I barely had time during my first year of WoW to play, so I got to lvl40 before TBC hit with only 4 hours a week to play.
My shaman was a bit better and worse. I'm horrible for leveling specs, mostly because I tend to constantly change my spec. I respecced my Shaman about 10 times during 60-70 :s
My Hunter was much better in terms of leveling. Leveled as BM, got a Jormungar and just ploughed through quests. Because I'd already gotten 4 80's (I no longer have my DK, hated playing it) before him, I knew the basic ideas for the neutral quests so I just ignored their quest text.
My Paladin, my pride and joy of leveling (and what made me a bit of a freak on my server ;P). Created her, and within a week and a half she was lvl80. I picked up quests, blew through them very quickly apart from Un'goro (I hate that place ¬.¬). Managed 1-60 in about 5 days, Outland in 2, and Northrend in 3.
But overall, I tend to be very much a solo leveler, going into instances only if I have a bundle of quests (or if a friend offers to boost me through). Because Im on an RP server, I have my channels to talk to friends when I'm bored, RP if I feel like it, and I don't have to be afraid of Ganklethorn Vale any more, the very reason I hate PvP servers.
Jan 28th 2010 9:34PM I currently have the "Conqueror of Naxxramas" title on my Warrior. And well, I feel incredibly lucky to have it. I hadn't even been in the bext guild on my server a week, and they told me they needed an extra tank for Kel'thuzad 25 so they ninja'ed me for it.
Apparently they'd been wiping all night, getting him on their best attempts to 10 or so percent.
2 attempts after I joined, (and me failing by not seeing a void zone at 5%) and we got the Realm First! achievement. Ive never felt my heart pound so hard while playing WoW before, and in the year since getting it, it's never moved from my character's name (Ashecroft, The Sha'tar EU).
Jul 15th 2009 4:10PM Wow... I never knew about the stuff she went through. And all this time I spent Roleplaying with Kaldorei characters, I used to call people liars for saying Tyrande killed those watchers.
Well, like with Varian, I have a lot of newfound respect for the character for their losses. Maiev does seem much cooler know that I know her past.
