Aug 26th 2006 7:28PM i have the same thing...as a much lower weapon...but still very good...on my rogue...i must've run VC/DM about 30 times, and cruel barb does not drop...apparently it has a 4.67%-21.3%drop rate,but...im not seeing that happen at ALL. VanCleef just doesn't like me...
