Jul 6th 2010 1:35PM Another idea is to show just first names, which removes identifiably. Nearly every first name is shared by thousands, even millions of other people.
Jul 6th 2010 1:24PM My personal opinion on this change is that they should implement an option to be able to NOT show your real name, and instead show your chosen alias or character name. But I also think that this was a terrible PR move, and will lose Blizzard some accounts.
Apr 6th 2010 9:28PM I would argue that the most famous Hunter is Tyrande Whisperwind, who's class in WC3 was a priestess of the moon, which can be interpreted as either a Priest or Hunter in WoW, in my opinion. Sylvanas, though also famous, is a lesser character in lore before the third war, whereas Tyrande was a major lore character since before the War of the Ancients.
Oct 29th 2009 5:11PM Because Quivers are next to useless now, will Blizzard change Patterns that Quartermasters sell like Nerubian Reinforced Quiver for the Ebon Blade, to more useful patterns?
Sep 28th 2009 4:16PM I like the idea of a witch doctor, but I think that Runemaster is the best fit for a hero class, because it could be for all of the races, rather than just for a select few.
Sep 28th 2009 4:11PM That makes almost no sense for the Horde to get Demon Hunters. You do know that Demon Hunters are almost all Night Elves? From WoWWiki: "The tradition of the demon hunter arises from night elf history, and almost all demon hunters are night elves. Other races can become demon hunters, but such individuals are unheard of."
Sep 26th 2009 11:43AM If I were to be logged out in an inn before the next expansion came out on a max level toon, would I be rested when I log on for the first time after the expansion comes out?
Aug 27th 2009 3:44PM Rangers are often more melee oriented than Hunters, to my understanding.
Aug 14th 2009 11:26PM I really don't like the Human Hunter, and by extension, Undead Hunter. They both make perfect sense, but I don't think that they are enough of a majority of those races to be represented as character classes. Orc Mage is fine, I don't like the fact that the Night Elves will get a true Arcane spellcaster, but it works fine lorewise, to an extent. Blood Elf warrior makes sense, I like the addition of the dwarf shaman and Mage a lot, but I'm not so sure about the new Tauren classes. I also like the Gnome Priest addition, but I don't like the Troll Druid. It makes sense though, because of all the shapeshifting trolls. My thoughts on it, but I don't know much.
