Nov 1st 2009 12:53PM I had given up on getting the title this year, but yesterday was a slow day at work so i visited all of the candy buckets. After completing those all I needed was the Hallowed Helm for the title. Trick or Treated while doing candy buckets......nothing. Smashed the pumpkin...nothing. So I had convinced myself that it would be a year before I would be "the Hallowed." Then a little glimmer of hope, I got a group for HH. I asked the people in the group if they needed the helm, and another player was in the same boat as me. We were needing the helm with only 6 hrs left in the event. Three summons and no helm, and then there it was on the 4th summon. We both clicked need and I rolled a 17 he rolled a 14. I jumped with joy, after calming down I realized that this game might be the best game ever created. To get such satisfaction out of a hobby is just great. However, if i hadnt won the roll this would be a completely different post.
Oct 7th 2009 9:47AM As a tank I have been running into alot of trouble running Heroics. I have 26k unbuffed and 540 def, and I am getting kicked from groups. I laugh everytime cause this is my 3rd 80 and I can remember running these same heroics in January and would have loved to have a tank with 26k. First signs of trouble is when the healer says in party chat "Is that all the health u have?" I take a quick look at the healers mana and its usually around 17k-18k. So my response is "Is that all the mana u have?" Probably not the best way to handle it, but it is so frustrating to get kicked over and over again. So I have found out that if I am the first one to point out the heals being undergeared I usually get to stay with thte group. Have healers been doing this for a long time or is this something new? My pervious 2 characters were dps so I have never had to experience this first hand.
Aug 30th 2009 4:23PM I know u were focused on healing priests but did you have anymore details on a nuke for shadow priests?
Jul 26th 2009 1:22PM Definitely a NE. No question. I believe that green jewel tipped dagger is a quest reward from a quest in Elwynn, could be wrong though. And why would a lvl 13 blood elf make the trek thats alot of walking, swimming and dying.
Jul 21st 2009 11:39AM Just some observations, but In reading this blog it got me thinking about why so many people have hatred/dislike for homosexuals. Its because it is seen as a taboo act or practice. How can something be taboo that has been apart of every culture since the dawn of man? Your answer to this question is religion. Some preist or church official thousands of years ago decided to take "translated" words from the bible and use it as an anti-homosexuality crusade. That is who is to blame for the problems today (along with intolerant parents raising intolerant children). No real point to my post just bored and wanted to try to put together a few thoughts.
