Dec 12th 2010 8:08PM Well this has been a heated thread! XD I just wanted to have some input here. First off, to those who say enhancement PvP is bad, i strongly disagree. Enhancement is awesome, if you do poorly in PvP, you probably need to learn the class and spec better and improve your skills. Although it may not have as much utility as other specs, it is great if you play correctly. It has definitely been improved since 4.0.3, too. For all aspiring enhance pvpers, i say GO FOR IT! As for MH/OH enchant, i run with Wf main and FB off-hand. Windfury procs provide a great damage boost. FB provides movement utility and a damage increase with frozen power. Unleash elements for both of these provide awesome percs. WF gives strong melee attack and attack speed bonus, while FB gives you an additional slow, which becomes even more powerful if your enemy is already afflicted by one of your frost attacks. I disagree with the fire nova talent. Aoe is very very situational, and most of the time you should have searing totem up. If you need a quick aoe, throw down a totem that can use nova and fire away. Grounding totem is a tough call. Personally i think it is better without the glyph. These are the talents/glyphs i use( i meant to replace WF with lava lash in prime). http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/maiev/melior/talent/primary
I believe the talents i have are the basics that every enhancer should have. Then there is the question between static shock, totemic reach, spark of life in the resto tree, and concussion, reverberation, and elemental warding in elemental tree. I wouldnt take improved shields for pvp, as the dps and mana regen increase is minimal for the 3 points. These talents really depend no what you are doing. BGs vs Arena, defensive vs offensive playstyle, etc. As for earthquake.. i don't play elemental, but i would say take it!
Aug 4th 2009 1:38PM this was probably already said, but shouldnt they do something about shaman's ghost wolf and druid's travel form? if they don't, both are pretty much made obsolete by the mount change.
Aug 4th 2009 1:34PM great point rsa, i totally agree. like i said, i don't know much about it, i was just putting in my two cents. also, i'd just like to point out that my warrior wasnt twinked, it was my highest toon on that realm.
Jul 23rd 2009 10:44PM IMO, prot spec is doing great. I soloed at level 30 elite at level 27. So to all those complaining about prot not dealing good damage, they are supposed to in the first place since they are tanks, but the damage they deal is substantial.(my highest warr is only 34 so i may be a bit of a noob when it comes to this class, but this is what i think)
