Feb 7th 2010 6:14PM I disagree completely on some points made in your article. As already brought up by another's comment, Flame Shock does add a lot of complexity in an already tight rotation. I only really use it when Stormstrike is still on cooldown and I have miraculously used up all 4 charges. It really is a marginal gain.
Additionally, I disagree about your choice of meta, I've found (Chaotic Skyflare Diamond) to offer much greater benefits. About half our damage comes from spells (at least 40%), and this is why we stack Attack Power over Agility, because it makes for greater gains in Spell Power. I would argue the same for our meta; an extra 21 agility does help, but 21 crit benefits your spells just as well! As every good enhancement should know, when they crit with spells, this activates (Elemental Devastation) giving them 9% more melee crit chance! Imagine reaching that 30% crit marker for spells! Fully raid buffed that would make for near 100% uptime on that crit boost!

No enhancement shaman worth his windfuries on my server uses the agi meta.

Jul 25th 2009 3:22PM The best idea I've seen here, without a doubt is Daijaga's, I cant help but offer my total support of this idea, it makes complete sense that the angrier you are, the more damage abilities should do, AND have those abilities still be usable WITHOUT all that rage. Make rage into a more damage increasing scaling system, where more rage give optional damage, and does not simply hamper your ability to do things if youre not angry enough :/
