Jun 28th 2011 10:12AM Got a mage in my raid group that has now twice blinked into a group when he was suppose to be polymorphing. Now when we want him to sheep, we ask him to blink instead, lol.
Almost as funny when he forgets to switch his bar after making a table and stands at range casting arcane explosion repeatedly.
Jun 3rd 2011 8:26AM Throne of the Four Winds. Wondered what would happen if a mage casts slow fall on themself as they flew from one platform to another. Longest slow fall I have ever seen. Next time in there, group had a new recruit who was also a mage. Talked him into casting slow fall on himself as he went to the next platform. Had to take he headset off between all the laughing and cursing on vent, LOL.
(A word of caution, don't piss the mages off while in there or you may be taking a flight.)
Jun 2nd 2011 11:15AM Sorry Adam but....GO TIGERS!!!
May 24th 2011 2:59PM Ok I will admit I had a bit of a brain fart on that one. But I seems that Blizz has been leaning towards bring the player not the class, so shouldn't they do the same for shamans and priests? Otherwise mages will not be wanted as much since shamans and priests can just spam their abilities.
Besides it was always fun to steal Jaraxxus's buff as a mage and watch the numbers skyrockets.
Speaking of higher numbers, wouldn't be better to spam spellsteal on a stackable buff like that and get the bonus damage even for a bit instead of making it disappear?
May 24th 2011 2:21PM First they give spellsteal a 6 second CD and now increase the mana cost. Hope they don't plan on any more Lord Jaraxxus style fights or groups will be stacking mages to clear boss buffs.
May 13th 2011 12:36PM Mage to the Warlock:
"You got a purdy mouth boy."
May 12th 2011 1:22PM "lividmonkey May 12th 2011 12:19PM
Thanks for the spoiler! Now you ruined the minute-long movie for me."
That is what you get for reading the comments first.
Apr 20th 2011 8:34AM Couldn't agree more. Currently I have 3 toons that are raid ready for the most part. There are a few pieces here and there that I can use from rep. I just have a hard time keeping interested in the long term. Short term tho will see me grinding/farming/whatever it takes to reach that goal. Easier to stay focused that way.
Apr 18th 2011 12:39PM Not sure how many people will recognize the places mentioned but they are all on the Lake Michigan shorelines.
Hell I am from Michigan and have never heard this song before.
Apr 5th 2011 8:17AM There is a way to temporarily become a dungeon boss. Just run some lower levels thru Stratholme and let yourself become mind controlled by the one mini-boss and let the terror ensue.
Learned about this the hard having not run the vanilla dungeons much until was level 70. The level 70 priest was a bit surprised and very dead when my tank got done with him. Ahh, good times, good laughs.
