Have Group, Will Travel replaced with faster flight paths, flask "Chug-A-Lug" perk removed {WoW}

Mar 22nd 2012 4:11PM Not to mention the (still recurring) "tabbed out bug", which disconnects you if you arrive at your destination and happen to be tabbed out (at least in Vista and Win7) while running the game full-screen.

Of course, a lot of people play on their Macs, and there's the windowed mode crowd, but I still believe the vast majority of wow players view Azeroth through a windows-based PC in full screen mode. It's been too long to still be getting tabbed-out dc's on flightpaths, and if we're suddenly forced to use them more often than ever, might as well get a Pebble addon to enjoy your travel time.

May 7th 2011 12:58PM Especially considering not everytime you get drawn into a dungeon you'll be in the entrance. You might just as well be replacing a disconnected tank/healer and then you'll definitely not have time to change specs and drink.

You have 30 seconds to click "enter", use it wisely.

Dec 16th 2010 5:46PM Don't take out of context. He's actually proving a point that the cost for farming said herbs was THEIR OPPORTUNITY COST, which is far from free...

"This is a concept called opportunity cost. The herbs you farmed didn't cost you anything, but the opportunity cost of using them to level inscription is what you could have sold them for."

Oct 15th 2010 10:13AM *jumps in the Unholy rules bandwagon*

The good news is that in a 10 man ICC last night I was doing 13k on heroic Saurfang (pretty much live action dummy target). While being in unholy presence and with a lot of haste was *intense*, it felt like a lot of fun.

...The bad news is that I still managed to get owned by our resident lock doing 15k dps >.<

Damn clothies! *shakes fist*

Oct 8th 2010 2:56PM Well, it does make sense, unless you take in consideration the fact that profession specializations are also going away - which would make the point of cycling transmutes moot: you'll always get 1 for 1.

On the other hand, these transmutes would still award skillups for your not-still-maxxed alchemist, and it would be plain old silly to gain 25 levels transmuting Eternal Water to Eternal Fire and vice-versa...
