Jul 24th 2011 12:49PM I have a request. Can the queue please edit/rephrase the questions they receive? For instance "female naga where to provocative," really? I understand that you can't change the phrasing when you quote someone directly, but please paraphrase or use brackets to indicate changes. It would improve readability and set a better example for people reading the site that are younger and/or have not yet perfected their English. Reading is a great way to improve grammar and spelling but only when the reading material itself is well written.
Mar 15th 2011 3:29PM Would love to see how you scripted the kgPanels with your chat log, that sounds lovely.
I'm a little insulted that McCurley thinks it is too far "outside readers' ability" to tell us anything. You don't have to explain it for everyone and their dog that may read the site, man, just give a bit of info so the readers that do know a spot of scripting could pick up on where to start.
Jan 8th 2011 11:13AM I was fortunate enough to get the raptor mount on my first attempt for my druid. Likewise with the hawkstrider for my shaman. The sewer rat? I got it on accident while doing the fishing daily.
However, I've never seen anzu after years of trying, never seen the up drake or the new cata drakes. 4 Canopic jars and no vial of the sands pattern yet! But I'm not complaining because that's how rng works.

Jun 5th 2010 5:46PM I, too, use the same aura for my shield tracking! I even started out using blue, but I found it blended in too well with the background in ICC.
NB: You needn't have a separate aura for each shield, you can use one aura to check for the presence of any shield at a certain stack threshold by simply putting the shield names in the buff box separated by slashes: "Lightning Shield/Earth Shield/Water Shield." Some people may not like this, as the aura is not color coded to tell what shield is falling off, but I know what shield I'm using at a given time and prefer to avoid unneeded redundancy in my power auras.
May 14th 2010 12:33AM You can't compare your overheal to a druid's overheal, thats just silly. You overheal when you heal someone too late or too big. A druid overheals when ANOTHER healer heals the target the druid ALREADY hotted.
Feb 26th 2010 1:30AM The two ten man groups in my guild use 1 heal for saurfang 10 as our standard setup. My group uses a holy paladin, the other group has a disc priest do it. The fight is over so fast and our handling of adds is precise/efficient enough that he doesn't even come close to casting a mark.
Dec 5th 2009 12:03PM If you are a class that recieves 2 attack power from every strength, you get 80 AP from the 40 str option. From what I have observed, the 80 AP option will not be available if your class is one of these (for instance, my druid cannot get 80 AP form FotN, but a rogue alchemist in my guild can).
Dec 5th 2009 12:00PM What he said! Your flask of the north buff is essentially built in to the mixology buff of all your other elixirs/flasks. It takes a "flask spot" like you said, but if I switch and take a Flask of Endless Rage, I still get 80 more AP from it than a non-alchemist.
Replacing it with say a intellect elixir and a haste elixir would give me accordingly more haste and int than a non-alchemist would receive, which means alchemy is fairly flexible in what stats you wish to buff (not noted in this article), and it does NOT prevent you from taking flasks or elixirs.
FotN is just so us alchemists can have our extra 47 SP/80 AP/40 Str all the time without constantly being flasked and so we can benefit from our profession in arenas.
