Raid Rx: How to heal Hagara on heroic mode {WoW}

Mar 5th 2012 10:03PM Watery entrenchment is a debuff.

If the healers cleansing configure their raidframes to see Frostflake AND watery entrenchment at the same time, cleansing is ez mode. For example, I have Grid set to outline names in light blue when they're in the bubble, and put up center icons for the magic debuff. A+B = Cleanse magic, works like a charm. Note that any two indicators will work for this purpose.

The Queue: I have a WoW question for you, readers {WoW}

Jul 28th 2011 12:23PM I echo the comment about Proudmoore.

Looking at wow progress, guilds that raid at aussie times on PM include Infamy, Lunacy, and the War Machine to name a few. There's also Risen and aus, but they raid Fri/Sat afternoons US/daytimes AU, which I don't think is what you're looking for. Keep in mind that AEST 7 PM is around midnight PST, so depending on your time zone, their evenings might not be as friendly as you think they would be.

The other place to look even if you're not a healer, is the Plus Heal Healer Exchange:

Guilds recruiting for healers will also typically be looking for other classes as well, and people are pretty good about specifying progression and raid times in their recruitment posts. I see aussie time guilds posting help wanted ads in the US/Oceania forum all the time.

Drama Mamas: It's not you - it's them {WoW}

Aug 7th 2009 6:29PM @Robert M,

You assume the healer was bitching due to low dps.

A newly geared 80 can do perfectly acceptable dps, but still be a pain in the neck to heal because their stam is low relative to the content level, or because the player, unfamiliar with the instance, is taking unnecessary damage by standing in the fire du jour.

Wipes can be caused by more than just insufficient damage. Dead dps do no damage at all, oddly enough, and small health pools make it very difficult to keep people upright, now matter how overgeared the healer.

If it was the healer complaining, that would be my first assumption of why.
