Breakfast Topic: What cemented your interest in WoW? {WoW}

Nov 14th 2010 7:39PM Wow, what a great breakfast topic. I've read all of these comments, and have truly laughed out loud and smiled a bunch.

My younger brother got me into the game when 70 was the cap. I remember being a rogue in the night elf starting zone, and was having what I believed were truly epic battles with level 1 mobs. Then my bro came by with his maxed-out rogue and hunter friend and decimated the entire area for me in seconds. I saw their awesome gear and knew I had to have the same.

It's fun to look back and remember how intimidating and scary those leveling areas were as a lowbie (Duskwood stands out for me), then returning later as an 80.

Cataclysm races leaked {WoW}

Aug 10th 2009 2:36PM It'll definitely be ool to see faction loyalty tested. You always hear "For the Horde," and 'For the Alliance." Let's see how these race additions change that. I for one find Horde cities a bit too dreary.
