Aug 5th 2011 7:43AM It's not a bug that, but intentional by Blizzard.
Reason is, when you swap sides, all your fraction reputation is saved and switched over to the Alliance/Horde equilivant, but quests are typically reset as they can differ from side to side and can be harder to track and balance correctly if you swapped.
Argent Tournament is no different sadly. If you swap sides, the quests have to be reset as you are saved to the Horde quests and switching to Alliance (Or vice versa), which would be a nightmare to try to translate and balance correctly.
So yeah, it's not really something I think is possible and sadly, now it's considered obsolete, probably not gonna be looked at.
Believe me, my friend who loved her Crusader title on her Blood Elf paladin was horrified to lose her Crusader title when she fraction changed to a Draenei, and has been struggling to push herself to earn the title back for him.
Jul 30th 2011 6:44PM In regards to finding out what elite is up for the bombing run, if you have a hunter (or hunter friend) this macro can help you a lot!
/cast !eagle eye
It allows you to cast the spell back to back, so your hunter can use it all over the bombing run area and find up what add is up and if it's worth going for it.
After that, I suggest doing the dailies to have the bird up since the pattern goes egg collection > bird run > egg collection > bird run. The bird run will stay up until you use it, so you can leave it after the day of the egg collection until the add you need is up, and just do Shadow Wardens until then.
Hope this helps anyone doing the bombing run achieve!
Dec 14th 2010 4:42AM No.
You need to be high enough level to accept the quest and I believe the minimum level is 70.
Nov 7th 2010 10:00PM Oh, so NOW, the truth of how that happened comes out eh? ;)
May 10th 2010 2:38PM I personally, would like pets that suit certain enviroments only, like aquatic pets that can only be used in water, but benefit from it (since in Cata, we will be underwater a lot more...)
Sharks and Orcas are one such example, with abilities and buffs that benefit the hunter while they are underwater (underwater breathing, increased swim speed, etc...)
Since we can have active pets and stabled pets, having a pet like these on stand by to summon when entering underwater areas would be a good option to provide some pets that make it interesting underwater.
Mar 7th 2010 5:33PM Greed is part of what led me Night Elf druid to become the character that she is. While it's not part of her life anymore, as she learnt from the past incident, it still haunts her a little.
Basically, a skinner and leatherworker, she at one point got over eager to collect more leather and killed a bear without considering the situation. Soon after beginning the skinning, she learnt she'd just killed and skinned a fellow druid, horrifing her enough to flee and live alone in shame.
Though having been been brought back into society, she still feels shame for her deed and is careful in what she skins these days. But she doesn't let it control her... Her time living feral mind makes her a little shy and untrusting of newcomers, and occasionally, a snap of anger.
Aug 15th 2009 6:00PM One thing I think is an interesting possiblity;
Garrosh Hellscream and Varian Wrynn.
Why do I say this? Because Blizzard has been making is clear of the anger and the rage both individuals have. We keep getting drummed into us they are furious and brash, acting without thinking beforehand. And they both seem adament that they alone can take the Lich King without the help of the other fraction.
So, how about for a twist, Horde players suddenly have Garrosh turn on them, and Alliance have Varian (or vice versa), as the Lich King manages to start corrupting them, and then the players have to beat them down, to sever the control the Lich King has?
It was done with Arthas, so what's to say it isn't tried again?
