Mar 4th 2011 12:17AM Wow...thanks Michael! I know that you guys featuring this video means A LOT to Brentator and our whole guild! FOR THE HORDE!

Hyperspace Beacon: Jef's soapbox smells like a wet Wookiee {Massively}

Oct 30th 2010 8:02AM I for one am actually enjoying the focus on story...even if it feels like they are beating a dead horse. From what I can gather (and admittedly this is with a lot of information not released yet), ToR may not have much "End Game" content. And I'm OK with that. Heck - take away the "Leveling" process all together.

Now I could be completely wrong here - but whatever happened to enjoying the story of a game, you know "Beginning, Middle, and End." Just because I play it with a million other people, doesn't mean that the "Story" won't have an ending. Most of what the PR/Dev people keep pushing is that once you finish a Sith Warrior, you will get a whole new story as a Sith Inquisitor, or a Bounty Hunter. All those classes may end up at the same final chapter, but they all took different paths to get there.

As a long time WoW player - I know that seeing the same content OVER and OVER again can become tiresome. But as a long time Console player, I know I enjoy the fact that you can actually BEAT the game. That there is an ending. I know that once I beat whatever encounter they have made as the climax, the finale - I don't feel the need to constantly log in and troll /2. Give me another 100-150 hours (or whatever arbitrary number you want) of gameplay with a whole new class/mechanics and a completely different story.

We may all be level capped, but I still feel the journey we take to get there is much more compelling. At least that's what I get from it.

Scattered Shots: 4.0.1 hunter builds and rotations {WoW}

Oct 14th 2010 7:51PM So glad Blizzard teased us w/ all the info coming out of the PTR about how Hunters were getting buffed...only to log on and see my DPS in the toilet. Bleh...Oh Well.

Alderaan stands up to Darth Malgus in new E3 trailer for SWTOR {Massively}

Jun 16th 2010 8:10AM Was it just me....I'm pretty sure it wasn't just me, but did that one Sith w/ the mask look an awful lot like Darth Revan. I'm sure it wasn't him/her, but the similarity in the masks was just eerie, as well as the Sith from the Assault on Coruscant trailer looking a lot like Darth Malak. This has probably all been stated before. I know the timelines are nowhere near each other (something like 300 years between KotoR2 and ToR) But I know I wasn't the only one disappointed in the ending of KotoR2 and would like a little more info.

WoW Moviewatch: Avatar Days {WoW}

Jun 2nd 2010 2:42PM I don't comment much on the videos posted here - but this video, for any MMO Player, not just WoW, really hits home. I have to say that I enjoyed this one quite a bit more than the last couple of videos posted. Thank you for sharing a video that most of us would probably have missed. I have already shared this on Facebook and encouraged my family and friends that don't understand the game to watch the video. And I don't do that often.

Breakfast Topic: Waiting out the Catacylsm {WoW}

May 25th 2010 9:12AM Working furiously to reach Gold Cap on at least 1 charachter. Jewelcrafting FTW!

Arcane Brilliance: Why Mana Adept might not suck {WoW}

Apr 25th 2010 12:17AM I am feeling rather dubious of Cataclysm in regards to being a mage. From what I've read so far, we are going to be taking a step backwards as a DPS class. W/ the focus of fights returning to Crowd Control, I have a great fear that once again we'll only be called upon to Polymorph X and then mage tank Square while everyone else gets to pour out the damage on Skull.

I leveled a mage in Wrath because my main was a tank and after awhile I just wanted to sit back and just blow stuff up. I like that there's a spec in pretty much every "pure" DPS class that is that way. (Looking at you Mr. Destro Lock) I personally like having an option that's just pure simple fun.

Call me a Noob. I don't care. I like a simple rotation. I don't even care that I might not be #1 on the DPS chart (even though I am close most of the time). I don't want to have to worry about my mana. I don't even want to have it cross my mind. Sure I'll throw out an Evo/Mana Gem/Pot if I have to, but for the most part I just want to watch a Boss' health meter drop every time I cast a spell.

Oh, and stay out of the fire. Get behind the boss and in the hit box. Wait till the tank has aggro. Get out of the way of Deep Breath. Don't run over any mines. Don't drag the fire/ooze through the raid. Get behind the Iceblock. Get X out of the webwrap. Make sure you get this debuff 3 times.

I don't know about anyone else, but I play WoW to relax, and having 1 more thing to juggle just doesn't seem to fall into that category. I'm sure I'm just being a prophet of doom and most of this will fall by the wayside, but I like my 2 button DPS machine!

Breakfast Topic: Who knew? {WoW}

Apr 22nd 2010 8:27AM When I first started Tanking - I had no idea what Taunting was. (seriously) I spent over a month just relying on Righteous Fury.

Win a pony from {WoW}

Blizzard: Arenas were a mistake. {WoW}

Nov 13th 2009 5:59PM I just don't see that big of a percentage of people playing Arenas. I admit I play on a PvE server, but even so it's RARE that I see anyone playing arena in a serious context.
