Drama Mamas: Namecalling {WoW}

I hope you realise that, lorewise, people don't have nametags floating above their heads. Read his comment with attention, that "from an RP perspective" says a lot.

The Queue: Purple is perfection {WoW}

Aug 22nd 2011 11:26AM Sadly, I think that Rexxar was permanently demoted to Random Questgiver status. I really liked him in Warcraft 3, but as with most characters exccept for 3-4, he has been thrown in the "Not cool enough" bin and left to rot.

Breakfast Topic: Forgotten bastions of antiquity {WoW}

Aug 21st 2011 10:08AM Nothing but the looks carry over.

Arcane Brilliance: Old mage armor sets and how to get them, part 1 {WoW}

Aug 20th 2011 4:13PM Since I first set eyes on it around 6 years until now, the T2 has been my favourite item set. It's basically yells "I'm worn by a mage! I'm worn by a mage!". So stylish and ellegant! I love it.

Blizzard issues transmogrification system clarifications {WoW}

Aug 19th 2011 3:50PM As further proof, just look at that.

They throw crap like that in the game and then wonder why we care so little about the lore we don't mind punching Ragnaros with dead fish.

WoW Moviewatch: Ulduar {WoW}

Aug 19th 2011 1:24PM That voice... I miss you Summergale :(

Blizzard issues transmogrification system clarifications {WoW}

Aug 19th 2011 7:16AM - Chicken Mount
- Racing Carts
- Flying Ridable Gnome Robot Head
- Shark with lazorz
- The "Mini-jousters" you can get from Hyjal
- Uldum, aka the result of the "Stick as many popular culture references in a zone as possible (you get bonus points if they feel awkward and forced into the lore!)" contest
- Mechanical Yeti
- Lil' Ragnaros/Philactery
- The guy in Barrens that refferences the Bible in a fantasy setting where the Bible doesn't exist

Not to mention the countless other popular culture references, items whose only purpose is to make 14 yr olds giggle and reducing the scope of WoW from a nice, immersive world to "Oh, something bad happened? The Old Gods did it".

Yeah, if it weren't for this blatant disrespect Blizzard shows to their own lore, I'd be ok with the restrictions. But since this is not the case, all I can say is Blizzard can shove their "fantasy atmosphere perserving" measures up their @$$.

Official Transmogrification preview {WoW}

Aug 17th 2011 4:44PM Actually, I'm pretty sure that caring about how their gear looks like as opposed to only caring about the stats is the opppsite of epeen. Yes, amazingly, some of us play WoW because we enjoy the world and the fantasy setting. Not because we have an urge to be glorified by high numbers in a video game, like you.

Breakfast Topic: Mobile guild chat -- freedom or leash? {WoW}

Aug 14th 2011 1:24PM Whoa, chill mate, I didn't intend to offend you.

I said I don't see the point of THIS Breakfast Topic, not THE Breakfast topic in general. This, as in this particular one. I meant through that that I think it isn't a very good subject, and then I argued why. I didn't say I don't see the point in commenting at Breakfast Topics or of discussing them.

Sorry for the confusion.

Breakfast Topic: Mobile guild chat -- freedom or leash? {WoW}

Aug 14th 2011 11:48AM I appoligize for the dumb grammar of my previous comment, I wrote it on the iPhone and it's a nightmare to correct stuff there.

I fail to see your logic. I said that I find this subject lackluster and that I don't see much point in discussing it, and I argued why. Would you have rather me said "Dumb topic lulz" and not present my arguments?
