Aug 22nd 2009 8:18PM I think this is a great idea. Reward people for being skilled!!! No Deaths, get better loot. Run the instance extremely quickly and efficiently, get better loot. Don't reward someone just cause they put a skull on the guy they wanna pound on first. This will generally only benefit the tanks and they are only usually leader for convenience sake, not because they actually lead. Everyone knows their jobs in 5 mans, and even when they don't, it isn't always the tanks giving directions, so don't arbitrarily send all the rewards to them. Everyone else deserves a chance at this stuff too and using this idea of dropping slightly better or extra loot based on how well the ENTIRE group does in the instance is a magnificent idea
Aug 22nd 2009 8:01PM I don't agree at all, tanks don't deserve to be the only ones getting rewards, just cause they are group leader doesn't mean they are organizing things or leading anything, they are simply made leader so they can mark which mob they are going to beat on first, this is a slap in the face to the casters and healers who never end up being the group leader. This wasn't very well thought out, they should have made the rewards across the board or nothing.
