Mar 4th 2010 4:06PM Because we're RP guilds with players that like to raid together.
My blood elf paladin wouldn't be in a "guild" with the orc shaman, despite the fact that the orc is one of my closest friends and my partner in raid leading.
Feb 15th 2010 1:51PM You don't need to be in the same guild to form a community of people. That's a complete fallacy.
Feb 15th 2010 1:50PM "From the officers' perspective, I can see that we will not have an effective team if people don't commit to our team."
Being in a guild doesn't make a team effective, nor does it say anything about people's commitment to a team.
If this group has been together for a long time and now someone is trying to shake it up, sounds like a power grab to me. It is never fun when things like this happen. Someone gets it in their head, that they are the only ones that matter. It's really rude the other people who dedicated themselves to making the team successful.
Aug 27th 2009 9:50PM So, I got kicked off of Feathermoon, can't get back in and now can't see the official forums.
Any idea what's up with that?
Aug 24th 2009 2:04PM I am in a small guild and I run a 25 man Ulduar raid. I am more than aware of all the things it takes to run a raid, since I do it.
This attitude that they are mutually exclusive is ridiculous and now I have to put up with blizzard ramming it down my throat too?
Aug 24th 2009 1:57PM It's just a slap in the face of small RP guilds.
As well as those that organize and work hard to maintain raid alliances.
Apparently we're not having any fun because we aren't in a huge guild.
